Mal knew it the start - Yoly falls in love with whoever she is with that's not really committed to anyone

Then that could’ve turned it into a rebound. If she wasn’t sure she could’ve said no. She was on shaky ground and I’m sure that was infinitely more hurtful for everyone.

Neither one of them, Yoly or Xander are ready for relationships. They both need to grow as individuals.

She is extremely supportive and caring. A genuinely lovely person. Such an amazing human!

That’s exactly what I’m saying honestly when Mel propose and Yolie said yes, I was actually really upset because I feel like she only proposed because she was in fear of losing her girlfriend to Xander and then when Yolie met up with her Xander already knew that she had regrets saying yes to that proposal she should’ve been straight up like you said, and just went with Xander at the end of the day

I definitely saw a lot of growth in Vanessa as well. She changed completely through the season. But I guess at that point it wasn't enough and Xander had already started to drift apart.

That’s what I’m saying these people have been together for a year. The most they’ve been together is for years you shouldn’t be giving anybody and ultimatum if you’ve been dating for four years OK like you need to make sure you got your stuff together before you’re talking about marriage Because marriage is supposed to be forever and just like Mel her parents were together for 10 years before they got married, so really, there should not be a time frame for you to be giving someone a ultimatum to get marry it’s not you better marry me or we gonna break up what kind of fish does that mean? If you really love somebody then you wait an eternity. You should be happy and appreciative that you have a partner who is loyal and committed to you and loves you being with someone should be enough and you’re totally right do you people are definitely not ready for marriage. They need to reevaluate evaluate their situation before even talking about marriage y’all could be married or are y’all gonna be together for eternity and still not be married just being loved and appreciative and Care 4 foot by someone who truly loves you and shows it should be enough and you shouldn’t pressure somebody to marry you because that pressure will end up costing the whole entire relationship.

None of were ready for marriage with the people they came on the show with. If Mal, Xander or Sam had a good match, I think they could have a successful marriage. None were dating someone that was a good fit for them.

I absolutely adore Xander too and I think he probably didn’t notice her a whole lot the first couple episodes because Vanessa took so much of her personality from her. It took her getting away from her and really cutting loose to be able to be who she is. I adore her.

I expected Sam and Aussie to break up. Aussie has too much trauma to be a good partner for anyone. You can't have a successful relationship if every time there's the slighest hint of disagreement/criticism, you shut down. From the reuinion it sounded like they were right back to where they were before the show.

Vanessa definitely has narcissistic traits. That said, she was consistent in expressing where she's at with a lifetime commitment. She makes a great point about keeping options open...I respect her for not stepping out on her partner by exploring (I.e. cheating) while in a committed relationship and instead stating where she's at. I'd rather someone give me the real and let me go than to lead me on while cheating behind my back.

She literally told Mal after the first 3 week stint that she was in love with someone else. Can't be more upfront about it than that. Everything else that happens after that is the fault of both Mal and Yoly. Unless your open to a poly/open relationship, don't stay with someone if they flat out tell you they love someone else.

Agreed. I totally agree with you. Honestly the people who gave the ultimatum or are horrible this we will have been with someone for a year. The most they been with a person is four years you cannot put a time on when someone wants to get married marriage is a huge commitment, innocent serious commitment. It doesn’t even matter if the relationship is not stable, then they don’t need to be married and like I said there should not be a time limit on winner person ship propose and honestly Eye I learned that actually I was in a 10 year relationship and I told my boyfriend I said you know we’ve been together for 10 years I think we should get married and honestly oh that was the worst mistake of my life I wasn’t married, but I was engaged and I found out that my boyfriend Could not handle my health condition and I want it to be with someone who could you know be there for me when I needed them the most I had to go to the hospital and my fiancé didn’t even bother to go to the hospital with me he decided to stay home and you know Not even be there for me when I needed him the most I had to call one of my friends to come to the hospital with me because I was there by myself and I ended up kicking my boyfriend out and telling him to go back to New York and that we were done and you have a boyfriend now that I have been with for a year and a half been in the hospital three times last year and every time a man in a hospital he has been there for me here he came to rehab with me when I got out the hospital he was just there for me when I needed him and I know I can count on him so marriage is a huge responsibility. If you pressure somebody to get into marriage, that’s just gonna be a disaster at the end of the day.

Completely disagree. Lexi was the one trying to jump Mal’s bones the last night they were together and she said no. Not a big fan of Xander either. I was at first but I didn’t like the way she handled things with Vanessa and Yoly at all. (Yes I know she deserved better than Vanessa but just leave her if you don’t want her, don’t string her along!)

@@aubreyhussey1187 you are correct, Lexi did want to be intimate with Mal the last night of their trial marriage. Mal turned her down. I wish the host would have addressed that on the reunion. Lexi berated Rae unnecessarily throughout the season for her "mistake." Lexi was my last favorite on the show. Mal was all over Lexi in the beginning and I thought it was weird how she chose her considering their age gap. I believe Lexi's financial situation was a selling point for Mal.

What did Mal do that was so bad. She held it down ten toes deep for Yoly. Even tho Yoly treated her like garbage.
