This is probably the most insaine mod I have ever seen for malenia. I don’t even think let me solo her would be able to beat this. If anything that should be like the last fight he ever does against malenia. With all the scarlet rot in her second phase and since there is barely any way to doge it this fight seems impossible. Edit ( and the fact that you litteraly had to turn on infinate hp and turn off the hitboxes just proves my point even more. So great mod but impossible. This did not age well (:

So this is what could have been?? That's just utterly insane. Even though I always struggle against her, I would love to fight against her in her prime without the scarlet rot. Truly a goddess.

Fun fact: it is heavily speculated that Malenia's boss design was originally intended to be in Sekiro as an entirely different character who is mentioned in the game's story multiple times as Lady Tomoe. Malenia's fluid sweeping movements and constant flurries of relentless attacks are VERY similar to the movesets of the enemies we encounter in the Fountainhead Palace, who we learn are connected to Lady Tomoe - it is likely that she was meant to be the end boss for that area instead of the Divine Dragon. Also, Malenia's original "waterfowl dance" as showcased in this mod (which was later redesigned before Elden Ring's release) is almost identical to the descriptions of Lady Tomoe's fighting style, which was described as being dance-like and mesmerizing. Judging how difficult it looks to consistently dodge Malenia's oppressive offense in this mod without getting roll-caught, and how Sekiro's combat mechanics are based on parrying instead of dodging, I'd say Lady Tomoe's fight in Sekiro would have looked something like this.

I love when they go insane with the boss moveset, but you definetely need deflecting to actually do something to them or you will be rolling all the time without actually doing nothing xDD Not only that, but something similar to Mikiri counter, or jumping over bosses like in Sekiro needed to be in the base game of Elden Ring, imo!

FromSoftware should release an expansion with all main Bosses on their Prime form like this unalloyed Malenia, and drop fortified great runes... that would be so cool!

If Malenia didn’t heal, then she’d probably be one of my top five favorite bosses in Elden Ring.

Yeah....now I finally understand Radahn....Tbh you absolutely can´t beat this on a vanilla version. It IS possible with convergence tho bc you have a talisman that 100% negates Scarlett Rot. But without that you can´t dodge her attacks, deal with that continous damage you get and the damage over time from Scarlett Rot....This is indeed TRUE HORROR.....Nice mod!!!! It really shows Malenia´s magnificent power!!

Tbh. I love sick challanges and lore original stuff. I am allwas for that. In this case i think the possibillity to roll for dodging the attack as an defens mechanism is way to low. There should be some small additons to the defens strats at least. Or am i wrong?
