This one consists of eight hot dogs and 1lb of fries...Sounds almost two simple...But with 25 minutes on the clock, a free meal and winner's t-shirt at stake, who knows what lies afoot!

Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

I just got into the Beard channel about less than 2 months ago and looking at these old videos. I honestly like the simple format of him showing up to place and taking on the challenge in today's 2023 format of making videos. There isn't really a need for fancy production values. The Beard's charming self is enough to capture the attention of the video.

Love the signs in that place, Beard. It reminds me of my local pub when I was growing up. The Kestrel. They had a brilliant one copied inside every doorway, just at eye height for everybody to see. ‘Any children found on the premises after 6:30pm will be sold as slaves…To Their Parents!’ It was such a perfect deterrent that children were gone by 6:30pm, even if customers had to phone someone else to do it. 🤣😂🤣
