Thankyou for shouting out Kamara. Thought the way he turned and played forward was the main difference for me. Whenever Norwich thought about pushing forward, our destroyers in midfield got the ball and found Summerville/Gnonto/Piroe/Rutter and immediately all those onrushing Norwich lads had to turn tail and peg it back. By having a controlled midfield that was not afraid to play progressively we instilled real chaos in that Norwich side, they couldn't handle the constant press-transition forward. Alot of that came from Kamara and Gruev and they deserve alot of praise.

Always though Rutter was a number 10... and last night showed again he's a premier league quality 10...dropping into holes on midfield and ghosting players to create opportunities for others, Piroe didn't drop as deep as mich as has in the past which he doesn't need to do with Rutter behind him and it helped the balance and ball retention further up the pitch.

Calgary calling Conor. The whole team and Farke were immense last night. Best performance in a long time. Before HT Norwich players were knackered, bewildered, deafened, intimidated and looking around for answers and excuses. Wagner had no answers and sacked today lol...odd! Not many teams including EPL other than top 4-6 could have coped in that cauldron. Special praise to Meslier, thw whole defence, Gray, Gruev and of course Piroe! Well done to the team! Piroe played well because he was actually being played in his correct position, like he did at Swansea, he needs lots of service but when he called for the ball he did the business, unlike Bumfluff! All credit to the team, Mesliers save early on lifted the team, Ampadu seriously miscalculated his challenge but he played well after that! The penny has finally dropped with our attacking players you need to take the chances when presented by them and they did it last night! Good shift by everyone they looked like they were very very hungry! What a night. The players turned up, crossed that line and all put in a real shift. That is what it is about. Never mind blaming tactics when the players do not show up !! The crowd also turned up. It all went our way, players played well, Norwich were just awful, keeper should have saved first two, (if that had been Mellier !!), Mellier save at 2-0 arguably most important time of match, what if they had scored !!, would crowd have been the same !! Great performance. Lets hope we can do it again, and hope whoever we play are as bad as Norwich were. No doubt the Farke bashers are putting that all down to Farke.

You expect to have a big fan base because of the size of the city and being a one club city too. Nottingham is steeped in history. Clough era. 18 year dynasty of the finest order. Two stars. Countless domestic cups. 4 league cups 2 FA cups. One UEFA super cup. Last English club to win back to back European Cups. There’s levels. Talking about reputations I think you’ve been in journalism look at the general consensus of the city ground.
