I know exactly what it feels like to have what seems to be a great idea for a family trip quickly become a terrible one. I had this RV and I almost died from Carbon Dioxide, we got trapped in and had to get out through a back window, and almost got a heat stroke. There’s lots of other things that happened but that’s what I remember. This was last year.

My dogs got skunked once, in my backyard. They ran in, rubbed on everything. My whole house smelled awful for the next 2 months. I can confirm that skunk farts do smell like every bad smell ever mixed together. I feel your pain.

My 125 pound dog named ortho who was a German Shepherd was the gentlest dog you could’ve ever met. One night he got sprayed by a skunk and we don’t put our dogs outside mostly because we can’t handle the idea of it but I agree with this story, we tried everything. The worst part is is when we did the tomato thing he would not stop, licking himself, so his mouth also smelt like a skunk, which was hard on its own because now we had to try to have him to stop doing it.
