Bluebells aren’t usually around in early spring, that’s more (late) snowdrops, primroses, daffodils, crocuses etc. bluebells are more mid to late spring ❤ 🌼🌸🐑🌸🌼 ps I believe you can use bits of wool on fencing etc at the bottom of your pots before you put your compost in to help with drainage etc

I switched to decaf coffee beans after some research found Swiss water ‘Rave’ coffee beans seem to be most natural no chemicals. It’s a very nice decaf. I grew up with my parents having cows and bulls and my dad passed away in 2021 and my mom went to live with my sister but my brother in law and nephew are still running my parent’s farm. In fact there were just a couple of calves born recently. I do like the smell of cow dung because it smells like home. I also have several aunts and uncles who had farms too so the smell is very nostalgic.

My roommate gave up coffee and she had a headache for about a week and was so angry all the time 😅 After about a week she felt better and could go without caffeine, I would suggest transitioning with tea, it has some caffeine but not as much.

I started drinking decaf a couple of weeks ago and had terrible headaches everyday for just over a week really bad at the beginning but they were'nt as bad near the end of the week and they've gone now.

Never got the reason for decaf coffee, the whole point of a coffee, is well, a coffee! It’s sort of like drinking non alcoholic wine, what is the point? Or ‘light’ milk that tastes like chalk water. Just real coffee, just don’t have to drink buckets of the stuff. Cheers,
