This was very helpful. I live in Decatur Illinois. I found it very interesting that you lived in Springfield. I have been studying Spanish for a while and didn’t ever have anyone to speak Spanish with until recently. I recently befriend an elderly lady who only speaks Spanish. I speak with her everyday for at least an hour. She doesn’t judge my Spanish at all and this is helping me truly learn. Thanks for making these videos, they are great.

I love love love Spanish. When I was little, I took Spanish classes where I dusted my peers. Yes I learned the grammar to an extend and yes I acquired a limited European Spanish vocab but it wasn't enough to feed my soul, but after following you here on your channel, all that has changed. In a sense you have guided on a path to learning Spanish the wise way. Anyway, I see you know Spanish grammar better than some Mexicans that I grew up with in California where I am from. When is this bilingüe blogs meet up?! That would be so fun. It could be a language retreat with some programming/ language conversation groups; guided meditation by a native Spanish speaker or someone fluent which could be both relaxing and invite a difft type of language immersion; then it could be informal things to do. It could be mixed level or per level depending on the extent of language immersion youd want to make it - all in Florida
