I watched this emotional episode today. i said before "when stefan dies...it´s not so bad" but now he is dead and my heart dies with him. i cryed so so much and it´s not fair that no one excpet Damon and Elena find her happy ending. I wish it wouldn´t be over with vampire diaries!

Damon Salvatore is the reason I watch this series again & again. His pain literally touch my heart. He was the one who made the story interesting. He suffers the most in whole season. Everyone misunderstood him.It was his journey full of all emotions. Just love the drama,loved Damon Salvatore & love delena. I love others too but Damon Salvatore 🥺❤️From first "hello brother" to last "hello brother" his every words & actions literally touch my heart. Ik Stefan started the story & it was the story of Salvatore brothers but the story of Damon Salvatore has my whole heart❤️

I began watching this show again after a special girl made me realize how great it was. This show makes me realize how special those little moments are and how relationships can either be the greatest thing in the world or the worst. Cherish those little moments like Damon cherishes elena and like stefan did. Nothing lasts forever

Nobody is going to talk about Stefan saying to Lexy " I was feeling epic " right after he talked with Elena . While on season 1 after Elena and Lexy had a conversation Lexy went back to Stefan and he thanked her for her nice words and she responded " I was feeling epic "🤷

Ending disappointed me tbh 1. Damon and elena haven't said a word to each other. 2. Caroline deserved so much more and so did bonnie 3. Enzo died unnecessarily. I love this show so much and i feel like i didn't get the closure i needed.

Tbh when i watched this particular scene for the first time it felt like i was losing someone that i knew and loved...and i swear to god the pain i felt was so deep and so real that it never felt like stefan was just a character it always felt like he was real and i was experiencing his death right in front of my eyes.... i triedd re- watching the scene as many times as possible thinking that maybe this would reduce the no of tears i shed when i see him walking into that fire but i was absolutely wrong...GODDD WHY DO ALL THE CHARACTERS I LOVE ALWAYSSS HAVE TO DIE LIKE HOW IS THAT EVEN FAIRRRR???

I found it very cute that both the Salvatores were ready to sacrifice their lives for each other forgetting that they had perfect lives ahead with elena and caroline respectively . Like Damon compelling Stefen to leave in order to save him and Stefen coming back to save Damon

For me, he's the best brother in the show, he didn't deserve that end. I have always loved stelena and unliked delena, so when they broke up I felt so bad. I think Damon should have sacrificed himself instead, not stefan. in short, they should have followed the same story as the book :(

because from this part new stories continue , like from originals Klaus sacrificed himself for hope , then started the legacies in which hope 's only thing that kept her going was to keep up the Mikaelson name , stories ending might give a major heart break , it is for a purpose :) , it is tough but it is reality ..

tvd was so much more than just a show. this finale was so emotional and truly epic. and although we lost the most precious soul, he found peace which is what matters most. It was honestly one of the best experiences. I love every single character more than words can describe and it will forever have a special place in my heart so thank you tvd

it's kim - yes. I’m rewatching the whole series now and I’m dreading to go further than S7x4 when Caroline and Stefan finally get together before all the mayhem begins in season 8. I’m all for Team Steroline, ALL THE WAY. I wish Caroline could have been human too before the finale so that when she grew old and died (Long after her girls are adults), she would have found Stefan in the afterlife and finally get the happiness she deserved. But I Guess that was not possible because the spin series, “The Legacies” with her twin daughters is still new - hence Long way to go for Caroline’s end. 😞

You know the community that was created through TVD is one of a kind. You will never find so many people thinking about and crying for a show. This is special. Even though I’m sure some of you will say but it was like this for the originals and legacies TVD is what started it all...
