I very rarely comment on KZfaq. I listen to music across all genres and eras, and the way you have captured that old rural sound and tinny vibrato voice of the old 1920's and 30's records is nothing short of astounding. If some interference was added to match the poor quality of the surviving recordings from back then, I doubt even historians could tell the difference. Incredible talent. Keep it up

I concur, although I dont believe historians would be confused, they would definitely be impressed. I cant help but wonder if this man had listened to many oldies until one day he developed this vibrato and trill. Unique and wholesome. Thank you for the content.

Franny Mae should join the band on bones... A pair of bones don't last very long, though. Does she sing when she hears a harmonica? My ol' Henry did. He could howl in tune. Thanks, peeps. Always a good day when The Vaudevillian come out to play.

Just got this recommended by chance, wow what a show you both are, what a wonderful house on wheels, with cats and dog and rabbit and birds! Thats the real van life🙂 Amazing performance and authentic duo. Not normally my style of music but you 2 put a smile on my face and got me fixed to a genre I never knew I needed. Sounds great and feels real good. Enjoyed you're other videos and will look out, incase you ever come to play in Germany. Hope the algorithm continues to swing you're way. My brother and I jam w a live drum set and electric bass in his home, a 34’ travel bus. The acoustics are great for recording, very few flat surfaces (even the windscreen is curved) and the ceiling is carpeted. Makes for a very tight sound.
