Vegan gas and bloating, the subject that just won't go away. There is a reason why this happens, but people seem to not want to hear the truth because they want a quick fix for the problems that took years to create. Simply switching to a carnivore diet eating meat is not the answer. First understand WHY the gas and bloating is created and then learn what to do about it. There are no quick fixes to long term health. Learn the importance of probiotics and why antibiotics ruin everything. Remember also that the term vegan does NOT mean healthy, since most people eat vegan junk food. Fake meat, fake cheese, bread, pasta, pizza is NOT healthy, vegan or not.
The real road to health begins with understanding and having the strength to follow through with eating what nature intended.
Antibiotics are not just a Vegan Gut Killer, they kill the probiotics in all gut, no matter what you eat. So if you’ve tried everything, you eat right etc and are still getting gas, bloating, indigestion, digestive issues and think surely it must be because its vegan so going back to meat will solve all the problems? Antibiotics kill probiotics. Probiotics main food source is fiber. Plant foods are fiber. Meat has no fiber.

11.5 years raw here 👏thanks to you Markus. I found at year 10 I was so bloated. It took awhile and I found that the culprit was the protein I was using. Getting what was on sale and the various raw/sprouted protein powders have a lot of junk in them. I’ve been saving up for your protein powder it is the absolute best ! I always get great results with your products.

Good point, many of the original producers of organic raw vegan protein powders have been bought by nasty corporations. I'm not saying all corporations are nasty. but after having a reaction to a protein product I'd been buying for years, it made me curious so I started researching and discovered that it had been bought by a nasty corp. Kept digging regarding other trusted organic product producers only to find they've also been bought out by other NASTY CORPS. They're taking over. Do your research b4 you buy!!! Trust Markus 👍

Hi Markus, I am on a raw vegan path for 20 years now and am 58 years old. I have never taken any antibiotics in my life and have used bitter wild herbs for 20 years. But because I used to be a whole grain bread and butter junkie until 5 years ago, my gut is still extremely sensitive even when I am fully raw now. My bloating goes away though when I eat fruit in the morning and not together or after any fatty foods and I can absolutely not eat dates or other dehydrated fruits. Too much concentrated sugar. Just wanted to add this to your advices because I think the dates are so popular among raw vegan and they are the game changer in my case. Lots of love from Germany 🇩🇪 ❤

A long juice cleanse is a must. Clean it out so the gut microbiome can transition properly. I’ve done a 150 day juice cleanse, probably a little long, but, I kept seeing mucoid plaque and I wanted it all out. Then you can start rebuilding, I still had gas and bloating when I started eating again but it goes away. I really can’t see any other way except to do some sort of cleanse. I still can’t believe what came out of me and how much of it. Must say, this is one of the best channels out there. Thank you Markus🙏🏼💜🇨🇦

IMO a juice cleanse is ineffective unless it’s 98% herbs and greens as Markus said. I think the mucoid plaque your body is getting rid of is the inflation cause by the sweet juices you’re consuming. Just like you get inflamed after a coke.

I agree. I did 100 days and got rid of a ton of parasites too. My digestion was perfect for about a year before eating weird stuff like pasta and tofu caught up with me. I'm raw and happy now. @@tanyasydney2235 Mostly fruit for the calories and price, but then around day 40 any juice w greens or veg in it started making me super dizzy from high blood sugar so for the last 60ish days I did only fruit and felt much better. Maybe, start with drinking 2l of water a day, sleep earlier and wake up earlier. Focus on avoiding junk food and more on whole food. Oil is not, olive is. Avoid gluten, vinegar, chocolate and dairy. If you’re not vegan, a little bit of meat and fish of good quality accompanied with green veggies 2-3 times a week is fine. When the energy is coming back, use it to move and do something enjoyable. Otherwise : Rest. Not in front of a screen. Rather rest in your garden or a park, or at the terrace of a swimming pool. Meaning à rest that is going to be really relaxing as opposed to nerve racking games or movies or even shorts and videos. And last but not least, eat breakfast only if you’re hungry, have a light lunch with carbs, avoiding fat and à early dinner. Voila ! Good health to us all 🌱💗🍀

Markus thank you bringing the truth and clarity to us once again. Two points I'd like to bring awareness to: 1. Not all vegans eat junk. 2. Plant based and vegan are two different things. Vegans refuse to eat any animal products because we understand that the way animals are treated, tortured, brutalized and murdered just so we can chew them up and eliminate the dead flesh in a bowel movement is horrendous and we've opted out of that darkness. We Choose to Not consume that death and suffering. You Are What You Eat, after all. Some of us vegans eat healthy and others don't. I completely agree with you, all the fake meats, cooked processed foods are unhealthy and cause illness. Love all you and Cara share with us. Thank you so much 💕✨️💖✨️💛✨️💖✨️💕

We shouldn't demonize sugars, especially fruit, as they contain a lot of fiber, provided, of course, that we eat them whole and not in juice. Garlic and onions, so good for your health, also give you gas. For me, I greatly reduce gas by starting my meal with a plain potato at room temperature. Give it a try!
@amazonjunglez1188
@amazonjunglez1188 Жыл бұрын
You're mentioning exactly what he's educating us not to eat. Most fruits has so much sugar which screws up our gut health. And don't get me started with potatoes, everybody knows that potatoes are full of starch and carbs that we definitely don't need. Recommended fruits would be those that are less sweet like strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, lemon and grapefruits. The rest are full of sugar that defeat the purpose of creating good gut health.
@patrick-louisvincent4360
@patrick-louisvincent4360 Жыл бұрын
@@amazonjunglez1188 Well, Dr. Mc DOUGALL thinks just the opposite. 80% of my diet is made up of carbohydrates, half of which is fruit, eaten whole. And my digestive system has adapted.
@amazonjunglez1188
@amazonjunglez1188 Жыл бұрын
@@patrick-louisvincent4360 Of course! We gonna eat carbs one way or the other. It just that we don't need a lot of it. And fruits are absolutely great and healthy,just not the very sweet one because your body processes sugar the same way because it doesn't know. The only difference between good sugar and bad sugar it's the nutrients that we get together with the good sugar food. But sugar would always be sugar and the body can only take so much. Fruits like grapefruits, berries,lemon,avocado and green bananas are great and won't spike up your insulin.

Marcus I have been doing a juice fast for 10 days now..How long do you recommend juice fasts to go for? I normally do water fasting but came across this on youtube..as a result .parasites are wiggling and coming out of me to the point of my butt drawing blood. I am having a break tomorrow for sure from it. Prior to this I was a processed food eater .plus cooked organic veggie curry's and some organic juices and yummy organic salads.Some people say they have been going over 120 days etc. On KZfaq do you think this is true or a scam to make money. I want you and Cares answer on this one because I know I will get an honest answer from you guys.

Not sure what you mean by juice fast. If it's FRUIT juice, you are feeding parasites. If it's nasty GREEN juice, then you are truly doing a parasite cleanse. I wouldn't go over 2-3 weeks before getting into green smoothies and then after that salads. But stay away from fruit if trying to get rid of parasites. Are you taking the parasite formula? www.ParasiteFree.net

Sorry to break it to ya, brah, but those primitive people who had perfect teeth weren’t living on only plants. It would have been nearly impossible to. Only agriculture and modern machinery made it possible to efficiently use plant foods. They were hunter gatherers before that and what they could gather was in no way enough to sustain them.

Hey, I've seen Cara use a dehydrator for a few raw recipes and I was wondering if you know if dehydrating raw food increases its advanced glycation end-products (or AGEs) content to a significant degree or not really? I'm on the verge of getting a dehydrator to try all those yummy recipes but I'm trying to limit AGEs intake as much as possible.

Its not baking or cooking anything, just dehydrating at low warm temperatures, like being outside on a hot day

Where can I get good wormwood? I've never used it. When I go online the choices you get are all different colors. And I know that shouldn't be the case and don't want to buy ground up wood pulp. Or worse.

Does any Markus Product contain "Rutin" ingredient? I note Rutin may be good for glaucoma. Thanks.

Its not "what to take" but to stop doing what's causing the problem. Eye problems are often connected with insulin resistance... fats clogging insulin receptors (animal products are the worst, plus refined seed oils in all processed food) plus of course wheat, sugar, bread, cereal, fruit juice etc. There's an EYES ebook at MarkusEbooks.com and maybe even the Diabetes ebook for some people. As for Rutin, there's probably a good amount in the vitamin C formula since the plants used in it are naturally high in it

I have an autoimmune condition (unfortunately, my immune system is not great), I pick up chest infections all the time and can get really sick. I’ve had probably an annual dose of anti biotic in the last 3-4 years… I eat pretty healthy but have so many gut issues (gas, it’s so embarrassing!) I hear you, but not sure what to do if I get another infection 😢

I’m finally seeking help with my gut issues from a holistic plant based nutritionist. I want to be whole food plant based. But I have gas, bloating, indigestion, which is causing back pain and chest pain. Funny I take Benadryl and my symptoms get better. Which I think is a histamine reaction. But I can’t eat much without consequences. I can’t function at work. So I’m taking stool, urine, and breath tests to help me get to the diet I desire. I’m a nurse and I use my body a lot to maneuver patients. And if I can’t function then I can’t help them.
