Poor guy! In the girls' defense, male Hetalia cosplayers ARE rare! Especially GOOD male Hetalia cosplayers.

This is the equivalent of finding a shiny pokemon.

He looked sorta nervous :/ people were sort of being rude by not asking to touch him and not giving him personal space, unless i missed something and he said Yes. Some cosplayers dont enjoy being randomly hugged or touched. It's very important to ask the person for physical contact.

I waiting for a Germany cosplayer to come and push all the girls down then grab Italy and just jump away with him. And not a single f*** was given that day.

As a male cosplayer, I'm honestly kinda used to this xD I'm only a freshman yet a lot of older girls get excited when they see me. I usually do Italy/Chibitalia or England while my best friend does Germany, America, and France (We're both boys lol) Honestly though, even if it's exciting to see a male cosplayer and stuff, please don't harass us. It's uncomfortable and awkward. I've had a girl grab my crotch before to see if I was "Really a guy". We're just people and deserve respect no matter how exciting it might be.

Looking back at this video right now you guys shouldn't have been touching him like that. Touching his chest to make sure he didn't have boobs and groping him is a form of sexual harassment, if not assault.

I feel really bad that he's really uncomfortable being touch a lot by other people he doesn't even know. They were yelling at him and touching his hair when he didn't want it :(

Guys, as much as I love seeing a male Italy cosplayer, it is WAY too disrespectful- as in completely UNACCEPTABLE- to touch him and grope him without consent. Yes he’s rare, but he’s still human. Do not take this issue lightly, because we all value private space. There is a red line in cosplaying, and you DEFINITELY SHOULDN’T TOUCH A COSPLAYER WITHOUT CONSENT. This should not be a small thing for you guys, it’s so disrespectful, I’m kind of disgusted. Guys, come on, please let us respect our male cosplayers. (This is legitimately sexual harassment guys, you can get put to jail like this, if the cosplayer wasn’t that nice.)
