Thanks and glad your back releasing more Villages videos. THUMBS-UP EVERYONE !!!!!! Question please - Do the new homes in Middleton come with an additional BOND fee such as in The Villages and how much does the typical new home in Middleton pay in monthly amenity fee's ??? Thanks once again...

Any viewers out there know if The Villages stopped building spec homes in this neighborhood? The web site had a bunch of stuff, then most of it sold off. There are currently four spec homes on the site. Are they too busy building ordered homes or has demand dropped?

Once the bridge is gold cart accessible I would say about 15 minutes. Right now maybe 10 by car

Brownwood is 6 miles the way the bird flies. By car it’s currently 12-14 minutes, depending on which of three basic routes you take (depending on traffic). By golf cart, it’ll be 25 minutes once Corbin Trail is extended from Monarch Grove.
