as a turk lemme explain so the shredded dough is not actually called kunefe its called kadayif altough kadayif is used in kunefe which is a really popular dessert made with kunefe cheese

Her eyes are NOT closed, they are looking down at what she is eating, it's the camera angle is higher than her eyeline so it's an illusion to you that her eyes are closed. Regardless, she can enjoy it however she wishes.

If you temper ur chocolate beige you use it, it will not melt, even in ur hands while you eat it. Tip from a chocolatier

@@kandydewey1286 Tempering chocolate is just the process of heating your chocolate to like 115F and then cooling it to keep the chocolate molecules bonded together. When chocolate is melted, the molecules separate. When you temper the chocolate, you bond those molecules back together so your chocolate will harden with a glossy, crisp finish, with the added benafit of the molecules being bonded together to will not melt from the heat of just your hands or being out in the open at room temp or even out in the sun. It's why when we make things like chocolate sculptures we HAVE to use tempered chocolate.

Also, to simplify it for you, I think they were trying to say that tempering chocolate is just the process of raising and lowering the chocolates temperature to a certain degree to keep the molecules bonded, preventing it from melting as easily as untempered chocolate.

I think you can if you do dark chocolate and for the pistachio cream make the pistachio cream from scratch there’s recipes for it online. Could probably sub a Splenda or other non sugar sweetener.

Unfortunately, there would be no substitute for the kanafe crunchy filo dough. I'm keto and there's no substitute for it. You can try an alternative like keto rice krispie cereal (Amazon). That would be the closest thing I can think of.

Always temper your chocolate if you want that snap you get with a chocolate bar. Otherwise itll be a soft gooey texture and bend (like hers did) rather than snap like choc does

Its not kunefe,its kataifi. Kadayıf in turkish However kunefe is a dessert-y dish made with kadayif/kataifi. You mix the kadayif with some butter,it has its own metal plate. You press the kadayif to the plate and put cheese on the middle,then press more kadayif. We make it in the stove but others can do it in the oven i guess.after the cooking the kadayif becomes crunchy and the cheese pulls. To finish the kunefe,you make a syrup with sugar,water and a little bit lemon and pour it onto the hot kunefe,its the best part because it sizzles and makes a good asmr Some put a little bit of vanilla ice cream and i do too its delicious. What i told is the basic things,i suggest you would go look to a recipe if you want to try it,its delicious:) (By the way,why did i kept it too long is because she mentioned kadayif as kunefe,and i wanted to inform who maybe wants to try,loves from turkiye🇹🇷) (Sorry for my bad english there can be typos,and im still not C1 in english:c)

The dough is called kataifi and it might be available in some international supermarkets or online. It is also used in Greek cooking.

If you don't find it at all you can also use crushed flake pastry or even better (rosted) glass/rice noodles. I know it's not the exact same thing, but there are turkish recipes with those, and they are amazing.

You can get "kadayıf" easily in a Turkish supermarket or online. Its one of the main ingredients for many Turkish deserts. Pistachio cream could be found in stores or made at home with pistachios

I think the dough you are referring to is called "Kadayif". It also says that on the package you used :) And Künefe is a dessert. (I hope I'm not mistaking) Anyway, it looks delicious 😍

Be as loud as you want. It is needed if you are to extend just how crunchy. What candy bar does it sound like? Yep, it helps me. I like the idea of shredded wheat. I don't need to be apprehensive when biting. Dubai? That is great. Tourism in that region is heating up.

Thank you so much for sharing this recipe!!! ❤ There's also a turkish sweet/desert with thin noodles, nuts (pistacios) and honey (no chocolate though). I forgot the name but it's delicious! Even better than baklava imo. (Even though baklava is more popular I think.)

@@FrogeniusW.G. yes, she did do that but I was looking for some measurements because I always overdo something and seems to throw the taste off. The chocolate molds especially. Guess you could say I’m not a real cook since I use recipes even though I cook all the time ✌️

"Good" is subjective.. But if you like dark chocolate, pistachios, creamyness and crunchiness, then yes, I guess it is. 😊

I enjoyed the ASMR crunchies when you but into the bar tbh. It sold me on finishing the short, because I wanted to know what was making it crunch like that.
