It's funny how Orion basically says that a good objection is fueled by what you're objecting _for,_ and the passion that comes from standing up for what's right, while Sam Reigel said that a good objection has to be loud and forceful, first and foremost. Because like... that's kinda the opposite of the approach their respective attorneys take: Apollo values loudness while Phoenix is idealistic and focused on the "why" behind his actions.

That's very interesting indeed! I think Sam interpreted the question as a technical one (how does a VA do a good objection), while Orion answered it as a general food-for-thought question (how do YOU do a good objection).

I really do love Apollo. I love his design, I love his sense of humour, I love his animations, I love his dynamics with the other characters, I love his last-sane-man thing, I love how he takes his job seriously to a fault... I love him. However, the poor guy has not been treated well. He gets his own game, and he's basically overshadowed by everyone else - not to mention that the game is very divisive anyway. He shows up again in the 3DS games, and it basically ends up being more about Athena and Phoenix and then he leaves the Wright Anything Agency for good. Give the poor guy another game of his own, and actually give him something to do this time.

Phoenix & Apollo were in the spotlight, in fact, I’d say Apollo had more attention in this game than any other game he’s been in.

Neither Dual Destinies or Spirit of Justice are really about Phoenix at all, lol. DD is about Athena and Apollo's destinies (hence the name) and SoJ is pretty much entirely Apollo

I wasn't sure about his voice for Apollo at first admittedly. But after playing through Dual Destinies he pretty much nailed the character IMO. Love Orion Acaba's voice for Apollo!

Since I've started watching Critical Role, I've looked a bit more into the portfolios of the voice actors and I've been surprised how much they all work together. Matt and Laura in RE6, Sam and Orion in this, etc etc

For a while I once thought Orion was an underrated voice actor who deserved more work, but after the revelations I'm hearing about how he abused his former girlfriends, scammed his own fans, and doxxed one of his supporters...he no longer deserves respect, not from anyone.

Athena isn't really a main character here, though. It'll probably be whoever's voicing Rayfa. Gonna talk about the perfect "That's enough," which comes from the center of your being, you know, your spirit, or something... You gotta really want someone to stop doing what they're doing.

He's actually been abusive to former girlfriends and had a serious drug addiction that bridled him with horrible rage. When he was on Critical Role he'd lie and make gross comments to his female costars. Not really a "sweet dude" unfortunately.

Sorry, but I still prefer Apollo voice clips from AA4. I get used to New Phoenix Voice, but new Apollo.....dunno, still like AA4 more, especially how he spell "GOTCHA" in AA4
