From this show it seems like child supervision has gone to shit. I'm not even talking about this particular incident with Carl (though, real talk -- wild animals are dangerous... I've seen deer panic and beat the shit out of full grown men with just their front hooves). Over and over in this show I find myself asking, "It's the zombie apocalypse. Do you know where your children are???"

Honestly children in apocalypse can be a burden but can also be an opportunity to survive. They haven't fully grown up yet in a society where killing another human being was a sin, they can be taught to survive and adapt much quicker than adults

Omg LOL. Your guys' reaction to Carl getting shot was freaking awesome, especially Patrick's. His reaction was funny. "We're watching that next episode RIGHT NOW." And just like that, you're hooked. Now you're really getting into the story. Love seeing Rob really enjoy the show and appreciate the great acting and great dialogue coming from these actors. Fingers crossed they find Sofia and save Carl, although it ain't looking to good for him since there seems to be no hospital in sight. Oh lordy. - Yvette

First, I just want to say thank you for speaking about nobody fighting for Jackie. I guess they let it go because she seemed so final in her decision, being of sound mind and all, but still, they didn't even try. Nobody? Smh... I'm really enjoying y'all reactions. I hope y'all able to fight copyright for 1x5 (I think you should be able to argue fair use, it usually works). I was hoping to see y'all reaction to it. If not, it's cool. I'm enjoying it regardless. @Zealed TWD has too many characters now, and it has a pacing problem. They should have shorter seasons and fewer side characters.

Sam Serrao You’re wrong imo, in the beginning it had that, but the creators tweaked the show and made it like it is now so that the viewers won’t get bored of watching the same thing season after season. If a show has been going for as long as twd has, it can’t stay the same format for 9 seasons or viewers will get bored and stop watching cos of the repetitiveness.

What a great episode. The early walking dead is still the best tv ever made. 1 2 3 are literal gold, it’s shot sooooo well and the acting feels human. This is how most people would react. Love y’all 🌷🥀

After Game of Thrones and Walking Dead, since you guys seem to like genre shows that are more about human drama with great acting and writing, you ought to check out the reboot version of Battlestar Galactica. Just watch the miniseries before the first season and if you're not hooked, I will be amazed. :)

LOL! You guys crazy - in a good way. I have two boys, and I gotta say, if I lived in this world, I would 1) keep them near me no matter where I was going, & 2) I would make sure I could protect them, and that they can protect themselves. Because - bottom line - no matter how much you want to protect your kids from the cruel world, eventually you will have to let them navigate the world themselves, on their terms. So, train them well. And, one of my boys is compulsive & very active, but I never thought of putting him on a leash. Just not my style. BUT, I don't judge people who do, because I get it.
