Hey Mark, I’ve started to pick up reading since I last commented. I began reading the Quantum Universe by Brian Cox and Jeff Forshaw. I’m not too heavily in it but slowly making progress. I am enjoying it a lot because it delves into quantum physics and its applications to our modern world. The book is an interesting read that puts the science of physics in a perspective the can amaze the reader. I think I’ll pick up How to Disappear. I get distracted a lot by social media, and I’m glad you recommended it. I also will look What I talk about Running because I started running to lose weight recently. I’m currently on a trip at the Philippines and try to find opportunities to run around to explore the country. Thank you for talking about these books and for the motivationally quotes and talk. Yoo that's awesome! The Quantum Universe book sounds vaguely familiar as I think it was recommended a while back, I'll have to check where it is on the list. It's always nice to have books that show you the implications of application in our world, that's awesome. Super glad the video connected with you bro! I have been running as well as my main thing and while I'm dealing with the shin splints injury, it's kind of a cool journey of self discovery that varies for everyone. Keep it up! 🔥🔥

Kinda like that, yea! Make sure you take breaks when you need them, but why kill the momentum when you've reached a goal, you know.
