it help to have a fan blowing on you to help lower the motion sickness, it makes it you have a constant reference point i love to see a fellow vr player enter the field😁

Obviously planes were easily the best, but the only way ground felt close to okay was zoomed in like I was an immortal commander sticking out of the tank.

It gets less fun when there's a BMP or Turm3 waiting for you in their spawn and there's literally no access angle for you so you literally can't approach the map without dying instantly.

A huge tip for flying US top tier is to abuse having RWR that tells you what jet radar is pinging you. Turn your radar off 95% of the time and use your RWR to directionally track enemies jets. Sling a 9M and you are near invisible outside of being seen with their eyes.

for about 2 years after the 29 was first added the HMD symbol was bugged and locked to the HUD and would not follow where you were looking, same in the F16C now if you use the HMD and try to slew the TGP to the HMD it will NOT align with where the crosshair is in the centre of the HMD and will be unaligned, just a normal gaijin goof with VR

I got an oculus rift dev kit 1 and I really want to play war thunder with it because old headset sucks and thats funny, but I don't know how. I tried somethings but i bricked my pc so ye. VR is so cool :¬I

The grainy-ness is simply because of the VR headset resolution, assuming your using something along the lines of the Quest 2. There are much more expensive headsets with higher resolutions.

@@DraconixDG It's actually because of the compression, assuming you are using a quest headset. As the headset isn't meant specifically for pcvr the cable that connects to it, isn't the fastest, therefore there is a lot of compression which looks pixelated. You could up the Bitrate to counter this, but your PC needs to be strong enough

@@DraconixDG I am connecting my Quest 2 via WiFi and when I turn up the resolution and bitrate in virtual desktop my pc and my connection cant keep up and then my gamr gets extremely pixelated. So increasing the Bitrate or resolution could also have a negative effect depending on PC performance and connection

I play WT in VR all of the time. I don't play anymore unless im in VR. But, I play in realistic not Sim. I found sim to be a bit boring.

Keep in mind that you don't notice the head shaking yourself, because well it's you own head that is moving, so your eyes will automatically stabilize just as in real life.

@FunnyUro that's true too, but there is also an ingame head motion meter too lmfao. It moves the head according to the types of g's your pulling and it can get very disorienting if it's turned on 😂

Yeah, I personally couldn’t play because it made me sick and through the VR it actually looks awful. It’s extremely pixelated which isn’t shown on my monitor.
