infirmity can be pretty strong, it stacks with writhe agony, so when you cast vile taint on a pack, your agony stacks are already almost at 10, the dmg ramp up there is pretty huge. volatile agony felt pretty week

Looks so good I can see how Soul Harvester could be really good in Dungeons. But I'm really excited for Hell Caller. Wither is great and Malevolence brings us the Aff version of Darksoul CD like effect I missed so much. Cant wait and I love how Aff has a 1 minute profile.

Malefic Touch is very weak for a capstone no? doen't Relinquished appear better for SH (or even Hellcaller) because of the proc on Malefic Rapture and the mechanic of succulent soul or is the increase of soul shard is so little that it doen't change a lot? (not english as first language, sorry for mistake).

Wont play Aff in M+ as long as we still need to manually reapply Agony in AOE. Damn Blizzard, just sync Vile Taint CD with Agony duration already, doing damage when refreshing the DoT doesn't make it less painfull and boring.

Make malediction 1 point at 8% crit and cit damage 1 point at 20% and cull 1 point at 6% per target capping at 30%. Make deaths embrace scale 5% at 35 to 25 10% at 25 to 15 and 15% below 15% basically gives sameish overall damage but just feels more fun. In warlock tree shard return capstone needs to be 10%. Bring back soul swap and something else to give more talents choices for those talent point reductions. Dark glare at 1 30 cd it makes no sense the weakest cd pet has longest cooldown of all warlock specs. Plus this would make it line up with every other taint rot oblivion cd synergy. Siphon life needs to buff damage more and also heal way more to overcome the benefit of global reduction of AC. Make it a choice right now it is AC 100% in all situations. The buff for Dark glare talent should be part of Dark glare the next talent should be the old aoe darkglare

Every day people won‘t play Dark Glare hopefully brings us faster to the point where Blizzard finally removes that shitty CD and gives us something that actually fits Aff and has impact. Remove Dark Glare ffs!!!

I want MoP Aff back... it was so much better gameplay wise imo. Im not even talking about the talents we had, but being able to put UA and haunt on multiple targets and having soul swap baseline with no cd just a soul shard cost

Why is soul anathema so weak? on your tooltip Demonic Soul does 83k and Soul Anathema does 81k, and knowing that the remainder of Anathema's damage is added onto the new Anathema, I don't think it should be doing less than half of what Demonic Soul is doing on ST? Maybe a bug?

Does anyone here think Dark Harvest Capstone Talent needs to be double the duration (8->16 secs). 8 secs made sense when we have a 30 sec Soul Harvest. TBH Soul Harvester Affli could use it.

So the rotation is identical in both Hero Talents, and in both ST and AOE and also the same as it is right now except we spam MR instead of Seed? DGL still boring, Vile Taint still not synced, I am not sure what they improved tbh

The cd timings especially for single target builds feel clunky with Phantom Singularity / Oblivion on an 45 sec cd and Soul Rot / Malevolence on a 1 min cd (plus 2 min darkglare). I wouldnt mind a decent buff to the 45 sec ones and also pushing them to the one minute mark. As it it you probably wait for other cds anyways :/

@@marksimien5740 yeah currently if you cast drain soul, it (more times than not) just starts rechanneling mid channel, i sat on a dummy the other day for over 5 minutes with a single cast of drain soul just kept going and going

Its gone because it competes with a node that is a flat 3% buff to your damage at all times.

Dunno why this is still a common thought, sure it's not going to beat an over geared Ret paladin or blows all his damage within 5 seconds, but Affliction with Rapture/Seed spam has some decent burst these days. I've been running +2-4 keys as Affli, and topping meters.

@@Byhythloh You need to cast Seeds, UA, Vile Taint, Soul Rot and possibly Haunt to start casting MRs. Meanwhile my WW will probably be sitting at 500-750k DPS and mobs will either die or be at half HP. Doing burst is fine, the issue the amount of time it takes to start doing that burst and when it happens, it doesn't outdps top-tier specs that do solid AoE.

then just play destro if you want a easy to play spec, aff is super fun, just the CDs don't line up well, or at all honestly, and yeah agony recast in AOE feels so bad, at least we get the splash dmg on refresh, but it still is annoyingly awkward.
