In this special guest episode, I have my good friend and best-selling author of "The Way of Men" Jack Donovan. We discuss why so many men today are lost and confused about their role as men.
This video will be a game changer for anyone who has bought into the toxic masculinity narrative.

Men and women aren’t better than one another. We serve a different purpose in the structure of the family. We have different purposes and when we work together we create a successful team. We are made differently and we must learn to embrace our differences. Every man loves a feminine woman and even if they deny it every woman loves a masculine man.

Agreed! You can’t have a football team with everyone as the Quarterback. You can’t have a baseball team with everyone as. The pitcher. Does it means some get recognize more than others, yes. Does it mean one position is better than the other? No. A team needs the teammates and different positions to get to the goal. Same goes for man and woman in the family structure or in the societal structure.

I'm in a very dark depression, I just realized a few days ago, it's still not like I fell into the deep well, I've started practicing martial arts again 1 month ago. I must say that this feeling of relief and relaxation that is experienced after sparring is what keeps me hopeful.

You still missing one important thing Your soul Human is made of 2 parts Body and Soul You need to feed your soul like you’re feeding your body And to feed your soul , you have to have the right belief and the right faith , which requires knowledge and comparison and practice And base on my experience the only religion that is true and has answers to every single question is Islam

Thank you so much for this episode; this topic is so important as many people do not understand masculinity. There are so many loser men in this world that physically and mentally abuse women. These men call themselves machos but in reality they are cowards. And this is exactly why masculine men get bad rep. Society needs to understand masculinity involves respecting women.

A "macho" man is a persona created by pop culture whereas a truly masculine man is a protector of those who are weaker. If a truly masculine man gets angry at a woman he keeps his anger under control.

Bedros, thank you for being a great amazing “oreenag.” You’re changing lives by sharing your experiences and learnings. I am a woman and love the wisdom of this video. Would you or a female you choose do the feminine version of this? I also believe women feel healthier mentally and physically when they are allowed to exercise their femininity, and I’m not talking about pretending she’s a man. More examples of what they need to have in their lives.

I am 42. What you said about fighting is totally correct. A year or so ago I got back with an ex girlfriend just for some fun. I didn't realize that she had a live in boyfriend and he followed her To where we were going to meet. He came after me and told me he was going to kill me. I had him wrapped up in a choke hold in about 5 seconds and took him to the ground. After he calmed down I let him up. The victory felt good but I popped a rib out and it hurt to cough or laugh for a couple weeks.

Talking about men with small kids made me laugh. I got 4 sons and when my wife leaves them with me they always wind up with black eyes or bruises. Soon as she's out the door we're learning how to do double leg takedowns or playing dodge ball with beanie babies lmao. It's even the same thing with my damn dog! She's a working dog, I picked her out, I trained her, I put her to work, but she's all about the wife once we're in the house. Kind of annoying but I get it, my relationship with her is just work and play, not cuddles and blankets and all that crap.
