@ Dan Lok, this is a perfect visual explanation of what I did wrong in 2017. I was so heavily focused on building my business that I was neglecting bringing in short-term income from my skill-set, which led my finances to become cash flow poor. And I paid the price by falling behind because I was trying to do too much too soon. I recognized that this was a problem before I found your videos, but it certainly was nice to hear from someone further down the entrepreneurial rabbit hole that I was on the right track meaning that I needed to backtrack and go back and use the high-income skill set to cover my monthly expenses and allow the business and Investments to grow overtime rather than rushing it so much. Thanks for putting out such good quality information.

You know what? He is absolutely right. It's true. You can put all your money into high yield investment stocks, or into real estate... But if shit happens, if there's a property recession, if no one's renting yer house, or if your stock value goes down, you're fucked - because you haven't got a high income skill to inject CASH FLOW to bring in that high value dollar. With high value skill income, you can reinject cashflow to BUY property when it's at an all time low, to buy stocks when it's at all time low...so that when market recovers you have added more value buying assets when prices are low

I'm actually an experienced sales myself. What's scary is Dan actually looks like my former boss but he never taught me these (why right?). Giving out battle-tested advice, man, this guy is truly noble. I should be paying for this vid... not free. Respect!

I’ve been applying your principles in my own journey. After experiencing a mind shift I am now loving the job I learned to hate and now developed my job into a high paying job. It feels like a high paying skill as it is a skill that is highly sought after right now in the IT industry. I feel I’m at least on the right track to finally build a solid foundation to build my own wealth. Hey Sifu Dan, thanks for recommending this video to me. This definitely confirmed that I am on the right track. Currently I am working on high income skills. I have some debts to pay but really want to invest in real estate. So, for now... marketing. The Education Company I do marketing for pays $1000-$10,000 for every student I enroll for them. I used to kick ass on Craigslist, but they changed the rules of the game and now not so much (time to adapt). So for now, it's road signs. However, after yesterday, I bought a book for my Kindle titled Social Media Mastery, perused the table of contents and read the chapters that would be most beneficial to me today (as per one of your recent videos on books). Already landed a potentially high dollar client. Thank you for keeping it real.
