I fought many lawsuits to save the oceans from dying that lasted over 20 years. Our government and a major utility spent many millions of dollars to defeat all the litigation. The company responsible paid all the politicians, manipulated the press, my taxes doubled, I got death threats, and environmental organizations that originally helped were bought off. The company managed the DEC funding, and universities were threatened with losing funding. My doctors were threatened, and my attorneys were threatened and quit so I continued pro se. They manage the "junk science" own the press, and promote the fear of CO2 which positions them to make trillions off that fear. I have many thousands of documents, studies, reports and expert testimony from the world's foremost experts. The facts. PCB-laced microplastics displaced plankton as the beginning of the ocean's food chain. Whales are the most toxic animals on earth, technically they are toxic waste. All life on earth depends on plankton as it goes all life will soon follow, it's half gone in my lifetime. We need to take part of the trillions we're wasting on CO2 and save the oceans today. I tried.
