Makaveli motivation is all I listen to in the gym. Everytime I'm even headed to the gym, I bang a makaveli motivation!! My workouts get extreme cuz of the motivational things Seth and every other body builder says. Truthfully, i been training for 4 years naturally, snd it's help make me a better man, emotionally, mentally, physically and even spiritually with God.
