I'm so proud. I'm Brazilian and a Fluminense supporter. It's so cool to know that the "Dinizism" finally got it's first major results. This year, we won the State Championship over 4 x 1 against our historic rival Flamengo 4 x 1. Now the Libertadores over Boca Juniors. So now the World is paying attention of this new way to play soccer.

The best thing about Diniz/Fluminense is that it makes for very exciting matches to watch. The recent final match for the Copa Libertadores was a banger - and I'm saying this as a Flamengo supporter, one of their biggest city rivals. I *did* root for 'Nense just because I want this kind of play to flourish. Besides, Diniz has been known to say he wants his players to have fun on the pitch, because they wouldn't play as well otherwise. When it was the last time you heard a pro-level coach talk about having fun at football? I'm 50 years old and I can't recall a single instance of this.

o esquema dele por mais que pareça simples, é muito complexo de se por em prática, e em um jogo coletivo, precisa do elenco estar com muito entrosamento pra funcionar, fora que o passar do tempo a tatica fica desgastada, os adversarios vao se adaptando, e é onde o talento individual brilha, dependendo do clube ele nao tinha isso, agora no fluminense ele tem jogadores que sabem limpar a jogada sem prender a bola, e nao são desesperados pra sair correndo, jogam na calma, por isso deu mais certo. E por isso que até agora nao funcionou no Brasil, onde os jogadores batem cabeça direto. Neymar não é igual o Ganso, ele driblou, um, já quer avançar driblando mais 2 ou 3, e prende muito a bola, Ganso consegue limpar a jogada sem se mover muito dentro do espaço que ocupa, forçando um segundo marcador vim até ele, e assim deixar um aliado livre.

My thought is that this is the way Brasil should play because we have skill and speed, I love Guardiola's playstyle but it works better with the Eurpeans that are taller and stronger, from my point of view Brasil is losing a lot of its characteristcs by trying to mimic other styles, we are unique, our skills and agility are unmatched and we should use this in our advantage, I'm not a big fan on how Diniz works, but his playstyle should be adopted by better coaches.

fr, we don't explore our styles and we're holding back on speed, we're also lacking the human connection amongst the players, they don't seem to communicate well tgt on field, there is almost no chemistry, even though we have a strong team name wise

It's awesome to watch Dinizism! I recommend the Carioca Championship final match against Flamengo and the Libertadores matches against Argentinians River Plate and Boca Junios. Those were the three hardest matches for Fluminense and the ones where it worked better.

Diniz é um técnico que necessita de tempo para adequar uma equipe, não é o caso de uma seleção, quem dera tivessemos tempo, pois neste caso ele pode escolher os jogadores que tem o melhor perfil para suas tácticas. Apesar de não entender as convocações de alguns jogadores sem o perfil. Atribuímos este fato apossível interferencias por interesse, coisa comum na seleção brasileria, infelizmente. Diniz is a coach who needs time to adapt a team, this is not the case with a selection, I wish we had time, because in this case he can choose the soccer players with the best profile for his tactics. Although he doesn't understand the call-ups of some players without their profile. O Diniz é um técnico que pensa fora da caixa, não é a toa que até o Pep Guardiola admirou o estilo de jogo dele. Ele tem a genialidade a nível internacional e a experiência e eficiência a nível nacional brasileiro, devido a isso ele ainda não está preparado para comandar a seleção brasileira, porém, não considero ele o principal culpado dos maus resultados, mas sim, as entidades futebolísticas que estragam o nosso querido futebol.

To be fair, the CF usually plays as a pure CF. Cano is a great one touch scorer. Diniz finally realized he needs a CF (he didn't care about having one) and a better defense system.

Essa maneira de jogar é muito comum e conhecida dos jogadores não profissionais aqui no brasil... nos chamamos de tática da padaria, ataca em massa e defende em bolo... para quem não entende português, massa e bolo pode ter mais de 1 ou 2 significados, pode se referir à a comida ou preparo ao preparo desta. ou se referir a um grupo ou amontoado de pessoas. Basicamente, se põe um grande número de pessoas ou jogadores próximos à zona de onde a bola esta sendo jogada...

Try move iwb further forward near dm roles. Play only one CD. Keeper as gk. Than deploy 2 player as cm. Thereafter 2 player as winger. Striker play them as af,cf. And behind them will be a SS. Mentality overload. Narrow,fast,balance. High, allover, committed. Everything no. Than overlap,run at defend,shoot on sight. Short,centre,mixed.

Esqueceu de falar da variação da tática do tempo que, dependendo do momento do jogo, sai de um 4-2-3-1 (4-3-3) para um 4-2-4, com a entrada de John Kennedy (atacante) no lugar de um zagueiro e recuando para essa posição um volante. You forgot to mention the variation in tactics over time which, depending on the moment of the game, goes from a 4-2-3-1 (4-3-3) to a 4-2-4, with the entry of John Kennedy (striker) in place of a defender and moving back to that position a midfielder.

It's a shame that the selection isn't working out. Diniz's style of play requires time and in the national team there isn't any. The players were completely lost on the field in the last few games.

I love the way Fluminense plays but the only thing that annoys me is that they are extremely inconsistent....I wish their way of playing was more dominant.

Bela desculpa, mas achar que é um trabalho de apenas um clube você desvaloriza o que é realmente trabalhar. Se você fala da seleção, não esqueça que para adquirir o ápice de jogo requer muito treinamento, o que não acontece em seleção. Mas acredito que você seja inteligente para entender isso
