Co-produced by Stan Schmidt Sensei and Des Fisher, this fast paced action video demonstrates the power, control and precision of some of Japan’s karate masters. It showcases world famous Instuctors Tanaka, Yahara, Osaka, Oishi, Mori, Imura, Omura, Sakata and Kagawa, both in training and competition. It includes scenes from the IAKF championship in Los Angeles in 1975, as well as the 22nd JKA All Japan Championship in 1979 where Omura Fujikiyo defeated Mori Toshihiro in the final and the 24th JKA All Japan Championship in 1981, where Tsuchii Takayuki defeated Tatetsu Meicho in the final.

Training scenes at the JKA Headquarters in Tokyo and the outdoor training scenes were filmed in 1981.
