As a fan of the games first, the books is so much better than both the games and show. Masterpiece of a saga. People are unfair with Sapkowski because of his negativity toward the games, without even having read the original work. I think he deserves a lot more credit for what he gave us.

Geralt was wolf, Ciri was granddaughter of Calanthe, Lioness of Cintra. And Ciri mother was able to blast many nobles with her scream. So "time to roar" goes to Ciri. Geralt is howling.
