It has been over two years since The Wolf Among Us 2 Official Trailer from Telltale Games was released! We know last year Telltale Games confirmed via social media that The Wolf Among Us 2 was delayed until 2024! The Wolf Among Us Season 2 now with a 2024 release confirmed has all eyes on this year of 2024 for big news or the next major look at the game! With 2024 here I think the time for news is coming much sooner than most think. I discuss why the silence from Telltale Games needs to end super soon! Telltale Games has announced that its long-awaited sequel to The Wolf Among Us is being pushed out of 2023 in an effort to avoid crunch and team burnout, as well as accommodate a move from Unreal Engine 4 to 5. We will discuss a new interview made with Telltale Games CEO Jamie Ottilie and the recent layoffs at the studio and what it means for the future development of The Wolf Among Us 2 which is releasing in 2024! Can we get 1000 Likes? Bigby and Snow are returning to untangle more mysteries in the much-anticipated sequel to one of Telltale’s most beloved games, The Wolf Among Us. Award-winning voice actors Adam Harrington and Erin Yvette are back to breathe life into the main characters (Bigby and Snow). I've been waiting for a sequel of this game ever since the end of the first game and I'm willing to be more patient, but if we have to wait until 2028, I'm going to be baffled. Anyway, I'm still going to support Telltale ever since the beginning and if they plan on releasing it this year. My biggest guess is that it will be released in Fall. Somewhere on October 21st.

I thought that Telltale invited you to an event, and you met some staff from the studio, and you had some insights about future projects that you can't talk about. But the fact that you are concerned about the release of The Wolf Among Us 2, and another possible bankrupt, worries me a lot.

Honestly don’t think we’ll ever get the game, it’s so depressing to say that but when things get stuck in development hell like this, passed from team to team- it’s almost always f#cked. Think they’re just wasting time to soften the blow… 2 years since the trailer is inexcusable, they said 2024 and we’re almost at the end of Q1 and still nothing! Spider-Man 2’s trailer dropped 6 months before the game!

Well my theory for a release date, is that since Wolf Among Us released first episode at the Fall season being October 2013 then ended on July 2014, I feel like TWAU 2 will release its first episode on Spring 2024, like April or May.

This situation reminds me so much of the situation FNAF (Five Nights at Freddy’s) has been, which two things could happen with Wolf Among Us 2 1. It will fade into obscurity that we eventually forget about it’s existence until Telltale randomly decides to drop it out of no where & makes enormous success (FNAF Movie) 2. It will constantly delayed that the fan will eventually pressure the creator into releasing regardless of how much of the game is actually finished, thus it becomes a mess of a rushed game with an unfinished story & glitchy gameplay (Security Breach) Or worse they’ll go bankrupt again & this game will never see the light of day

Yall remember when they revealed a sequel like way back in 2016/2017, around the same time they revealed TWD final season? 8 years later we get a NEW sequel reveal, and still waiting. This is on top of waiting for 10 years since the first one came out. I really hope with all this time waiting means the game will be good, im afraid of this game ending up in development hell

The intro was right on point. 😊 Personally, I don't have a problem with Telltale not releasing the game until 2025, if the game runs without bugs and has a great story, decision-making power and replay value. The point is communication. At some point, Telltale reaches the point where it loses credibility. And I don't want to experience that, because I love Telltale, despite their flaws in the past.

@@hitman-hd9xw But as things currently stand, 2024 is anything but realistic. And 2026 wouldn't be much better either, with GTA coming to PC. As for the games... The only game I personally want to have (besides TWAU2) is indeed Batman Season 3. Actually, Game of Thrones Season 2 as well. But unfortunately, Telltale has lost the rights :( TWD, or rather Clementine's story, ended perfectly with The Final Season. But I don't think we need to think that far ahead. At this point, I'd just be happy if TWAU2 would be released at all... :(

@@Snookie1988 yea the story of twd ended but the sad fact is that franchises will get milked by companies (proof is clementine comics 🤮) and yes i believe that clem's story as a protagonist has ended but there are many lose ends like javier's and aj's story. but the counter argument is that clem was at the heart of this series and her story has ended at least until something big changes in terms of story.

He was unfortunately almost forgotten in all the hate against Season 3, even though he was a damn good main character. I would also be interested in Molly from Season 1. Maybe in a kind of flashback, how she tries to save her sister and ends up having to survive on her own.

Guessing that TellTale’s silence will break July 15th- I’ve notice that for games and movies they’ll announce a release date and then the game or movie usually comes out 4-5 months later and sometimes even a year later. I agree with you Dom, people are gonna move on and the same thing that happened to them in 2018 is gonna happen again- companies these day’s don’t want to reveal anything to us and want to keep everything secret and as a surprise, and I understand it- but it can’t be for to long, great video Dom!

What really grinds my gears about this is that Telltale shouldve started off with this title as there comeback after being shutdown. people have been anticipating this game for years and it already has an established and loyal fanbase, they wouldve made bank right from the jump thus securing funding for the next title. but instead they decided to focus there time on a niche title that not many people know about ( I didnt even know what The Expanse was until the game came out and I know with full confidence im not the only one). I mean what were they thinking? It also didnt help things that they have been teasing this game for years and having them release the Expanse first before TWAU 2 is no different then Telltale giving the Finger to everyone that has been waiting for it, if there is one thing that a fanbase and people in general hate is being blue balled and having there patience tested.

I can't believe I was a tween when the first game came out, and now I'm in my early 20s... I will always have a soft spot for Telltale games (especially TWD and TWAU), but I have to admit, all of Telltale fans are masochists. We keep waiting and hyping each other up for something that may not happen... Aaaand I will not throw any dates here, but I just hope we get something next month. I would be super happy if it was a new trailer or a release date (preferably both), but I will be content with anything, even a tweet or a simple video mentioning TWAU 2. I guess we can expect anything at this point...

【Shades Finnish Pirates】I've been thinking of playing Wolf Among Us for the third time, i just don't think i can make anymore decision that would be diffrent from my previous choices and the only choice is to get Wolf Among us 2. Let's see if my christian spider sense will tell the date when we get the news, The TT silence will end at before christmas by just a few months still at the end of the month and so i will be at 25th of october so here's hoping for a christmas miracle. It's just baffling to me as you know as a Tuber, i know as a Tuber that being social is in our nature so just keeping complete silence is just so unnatural that it actually conveys a message within the silence that actually makes you feel unease and that will affect WAU 2 release reception

Telltale, I’m waiting……….. Silence is definitely not an option. I’m hoping for something maybe in March or April but I want news or anything before the summer game fest as it would be the perfect time to showcase the game. I WANT MORE BECAUSE THEY HAVEN’T SHOWN MUCH MARCH 18th MY GUESS
