Today I will be discussing how Capcom's Resident Evil 4 Remake tackled the many complaints people had about Ashley Graham's character and how she was treated in the original Resident Evil 4. Stay tuned to the end for a little skit I made lol. I also wanted to mention even though I do say it in the video that this isn't going to be a super objective look at the situation since I have some pretty strong and purely subjective opinions on the topic. Ashley graham is my favourite resident evil character both original and remake! So I’m so glad to have come across your Ashley videos. They were both really well done and I very much agree with everything you said in both of them. I also love survival horror video essays. Definitely subscribing 🩷!

18:32 Same / Too bad Capcom is not going to make something risky like adding very limited equipment slots, or taking the manual reload for the weapon's magazine, used in Outbreak, a character like Ashley may work good like a support, holding items, reloading, healing, pointing out hidden treasures, and even having to use her for some stealth moments, similar to Revelations 2

I agree: non-"badass" gitls deserve representation and love too 😍 But do you think videogame girls are designed thinking of female players too? (Genuine question, I actually would not know how to answer right now). Anyway, in a zombie apocalypse I would be pretty much as useless as Sherry. In Resident Evil 2.
