If someone had told me, when I was younger, that I could get the education, and then go on to possibly be employed by Formula 1, I'd have stayed in school! I'm a 60 yr old woman, who loves Formula 1, and definitely would have loved to have employment in the field!

The facts on the bottom are a cool idea, BUT - I agree with another commenter that they’re distracting when they have nothing to do with the topic / venue / people you’re talking about. Likewise - when displayed in rapid succession, it really takes my attention away from your beautiful photography and candid voiceovers - which are two things I love about your channel. Would hate to see your amazing work cheapened unnecessarily. To be clear I am a huge fan of your channel, so offering this feedback out of nothing but love! Keep up the great work 👍

Thought I would mention that Lewis Hamilton's pal Angela Cullen appeared during the Indycar race in Alabama yesterday. Apparently she is working with Marcus Armstrong, another Kiwi in his second year in Indycar.

Mariana Becker is more than a presenter. Mariana's partner Jayme Brito owns a TV production co. that does the outsourced transmission of F1 to Brazil since the Globo TV days. They live in Monaco.

I am a great admirer of your photos and videos. I appreciate how informed you are and that in turn you educate us, the F1 fans. I am however disappointed as to how you sometimes refer to the women you speak about. Mentioning that they are mothers of however many children is absolutely not relevant and something you never say about the men, because let's be honest, nobody cares either way.

I really enjoy your videos, Kym; they offer unparalleled insight into behind-the-scenes aspects of F1. If you don't mind a bit of constructive criticism, the random factoid pop-ups you've recently begun displaying are distracting and often do not contribute to the storytelling. For example, in this video you didn't mention the British GP, Ferrari, or Rubens, yet a factoid linking them was shown at 5:00. These random F1 facts don't fit the style of your videos, and I hope you'll abandon them.

I have a great idea, no woman involved with men’s sport and no men involved in woman’s sport, have you noticed how woman don’t start at the bottom learning the ground work just go straight in to important or management jobs. I’m sure an ex driver would have better judgment, I saw an interview where a female driver wanted the cars drastically altered so woman can complete as at the moment it’s to hard for them, time then to switch off.

@@soundscape26 Nothing of importance? Let's break down the core of what F1 is all about . . . testosterone. Since the first race took place in 1950, it was always about prowess, and still is. Everything that happens behind the scenes has EVERYTHING to do with what happens on the circuit. And since the grid girls were on the circuit just like the cars they were great to look at.

I'm not sure Susie Wolff is a great example here. A fairly mediocre race driver with no wins and who seems to have got the Williams drive through her husband. Subsequently all of her endeavours seem to have come about through Toto and his money. She isn't a great advertisement for women in motorsport unlike the others.

@@maricz4 I am suggesting she didn’t get that position on merit. Look at the timeline; she was a rubbish driver with a highest placing of about 10th. In 2011 she married Toto and then out of nowhere she is development driver for Williams, a Mercedes customer. Every notable thing she has done has been since marrying Toto.
