@@icedlemontea6042 Perona is 23. She was with Moria when Hogback was recruited, which was 10 years ago. That means that she was following him since the age of 13 or younger. We currently know nothing about Perona’s parents or if she had any time when she wasn’t following Moria, but if he put up with her as a goth teenager that’s as good as a foster parent to me.

With the seastone I think it depends on how much of the metal is actual seastone and how much is another metal; so they can make the effect on devil fruit users less or more depening on how much seastone is actually in the cuffs.

Jack has the same ranking as King and Queen as one of the Three Disasters/Lead Performers. But he started out as a apprentice when he joined the Beast/Animal Kingdom Pirates. So they treat him like a temp.

Try to look at it from another perspective. At the moment in One Piece we are at the peak, we are among the "toughest" (meaning also mythical zoans), and they're all trying to crush each other, like Blackbeard said, meaning they're all concentrated in a little corner of the sea fighting for the same goal, so it's perfectly normal to see so many of them. Where else would you see them otherwise? Let's say there are 50 Mythical Zoans (we know only 9 so far if I remember correctly) in total: if they're all in the same room, they seem very common, but spread them all around the world, and you'll struggle to even find people who know about them. They are incredibly few, 99,999999% of the population of the world of One Piece don't even know they exist, and in the East Blue even normal Devil Fruits themselves are almost a legend. When we reached the Grand Line though, we started seeing them more and more, and even the common people know of their existence, and they wouldn't be surprised if they met a Devil Fruit user.

I think with Sea Prism stone it depends on how pure it is. They said the cuffs in the prison were weaker quality so the prisoners would still have strength to work, but strong enough to take away the use of their powers

yea Mihawk is stronger than Shanks until proven otherwise. Anyone saying Shanks is stronger is just coping cause he looks cool when the story says otherwise all the time. Mihawk is stronger than sick whitebeard but Prime Whitebeard is prolly slightly stronger, extreme diff fight tho. Mihawk can probably go par to par with Prime Roger too. The distance he was talking about was his commanders. Not his strength.
