Size fucking matters but Joe Rogan still produced a hefty fucking kick for how small he is. Edit: I've pretty much exclusively gotten notifications about replies complaining about how I phrased this then I got something about the swearing so I checked and this has 16,000 likes and I guess I wanted to say thanks. Not slowest, slower acceleration. Also, it is partially nullified by the fact that you will move slower the bigger you are.

My fucking god. F=m*a in this case counts for the object hit. That object weighs m and gets accelerated by a. That force depends on the kinetic energy E=1/2*m*v^2 of the leg. So it's the exact opposite of the original comment (whose poster doesn't have a clue of physics), kinetic energy relies more on speed than on mass.

@@wernherv.b.928 ok. great. still a reason I could throw a 16lb bowling ball slightly slower than an 8lb ball and get more pin action. and u are 1000% correct, I never phucked with Fisics.

Many appear to engage in a "kick-and-pull" technique, where they kick and then swiftly withdraw before their kick's full impact can be absorbed by the object they're targeting. To correct this, they should visualize kicking an object behind their actual target. This encourages them to kick "through" rather than just "into" the object, avoiding premature withdrawal.
