Islam Makhatchev had staphylococcus. He was at a fever for a week two weeks before the fight. That’s why he didn’t finish earlier, because he was still taking antibiotics and had less muscle mass. Islam did not complain, only after the fight a journalist from the UFC began to interrogate him and he confessed. Therefore, it is impossible to say for sure that Khabib is stronger than him.

No one thought it was a great night of fights but everyone did like that main.

Why doesn’t anyone ever want to highlight Islam’s striking and just want to focus on his grappling 😂. I noticed even the guy that does replays in between rounds didn’t want to bring up any of his hits 😂😂.
