So literally at the very first attempt, merchants shot actually hit me but there was no damage read for some reason. I was probably 2-3 hp at most. Idk there was no damage read but it definitely hit me.

I can only imagine that Loba party at the end is what Valkyrie dreams about 😂

Have you thought about having other players call down a lifeline package to try and get a 4 by 10 sniper scope? It would be a bit easier to see enemies that far away

I'm suprised they actually put a nessy in skyhook. They could've put it there for when TGM finally found a way up there

I just had this revelation - what if you combined both the valk mobility tactic with the wattson fence tactic? i could imagine you’re sitting on the very edge of the map attached to a valk ult and tell people to run into your fences. you wouldn’t need line of sight and at least the height from the redeploy itself would help

Olympus is a bigger map than KC right? So may be you do what you did before with Wattson but just on Olympus

Could you try pushing the game to its limits (crashing it) or see how much loot there is in the whole map? for example, try to get as many lobas and pathys, let the paths make a zipline network connecting to every possible PoI for the lobas, then make the lobas drop down black markets in said PoIs. When they do, make everyone pick up as many things as possible and let them drop all the yields in one small location in the map, and try to stay in it as long as possible before the game dies it’d be fun to see how much ammo/guns/heal the map has and how much the game can take it.

At the beginning of this season the game glitched and I downed someone with Valk's missiles and it gave me a 835 m longshot when I downed and finished them like only 50-100 meters away

With paths grapple, did you try stalling out the cooldown by climbing the wall, kicking it then climbing again. Or the octane jumpad glitch with the grab lift

I randomly got that long range kill badge for Valkyrie last week, when I really didn't do anything to earn it. I had 5 kills, but all of them close range. I checked the replay, but there was nothing. Apex just randomly gave me that badge xD

I got 1099 meters in a game naturally without realizing, I already had the badge and didnt realize it until a few weeks ago, so im guessing this can also happen in a game naturally

You could try doing a duos w/Valk+Wattson. The valk flys you up to skytower and then pops a buncha accelerants, and y'all start flying again and when you're near the top, peeps start dying.

I was waiting for you to do this because i knew it was possible with valk

The badge is to knock someone so in theory with valk you could damage someone while in ring, fly to other side of the map before they go down and if they don't get hit u get the knock? I have over 1k distance somehow , don't remember doing it but this is the only way I can think of that I managed that distance

How about you go Watson, place down your fences in dome and have a teammate Valk fly you to the top of skyhook.

at this point, it depends on the game programming setting. how far the shot in the game can actually travel, does the aim gonna get off because the gpu performance when we try to look at the tiny pixels

If octane jumpad and horizon bug still exists u can get higher place without out of bound timer, but still its harder to aim

If you want to get to high places in the future I saw a bug with Octane jumppad+Horizon Q makes the jump pad float forever.

I’d love to see this again with storm point now that it’s a much bigger map.

You could set up a Watson trap at the edge of the map, then use valk to fly you up to the sky tower

I hit a 688 meter shot with the Kraber in plat ranked on accident , I was in n the jump tower and accidentally hip fired the gun. I didn’t even realize the shot hit until after the game when I finally received the long shot badge.

Imagine being In this server going to hot drops and not seeing anyone there and then when Gaming merchant dies the whole server just leaves and now there are like 3 squads left

I got the long shot medal for Valk but it glitched. It gave me the medal for knocking someone right next to me with the missles but it said it was 700 meters away.

What u could do to get a super long distance kill is to wait for olympus use the octane car bug and launch yourself off the map and have ppl die from ur fences

What about using a Sentinel/Longbow/ Kraber? Don't sniper bullets get "bigger" the further they travel? Yeah, you'd have to guess how high you'd have to aim to hit, but maybe the charge rifle didn't deal damage because of the hit scan mechanic that might have a limitation on range.

Wish I could be a part of something like this. Looks fun.
