True. It's sad that people only focusing on goals and stats. His gameplay is actually really good, he created a lot of space, pulled opponent's defenders out of their position. His work rate is also incomparable. It doesn't matter what people said about him, his heart is still and always be blue.

He's a CAM playing as a striker, of course he'll flop. I like Havertz a lot, but you can see he's playing like a provider instead of a finisher and yet there's no one to provide for. Can't understand why Chelsea has so little depth in the poacher position

People need to understand morata was never a target man (no 9) nor an out-and-out striker. At Real Madrid, he often played as winger or no 10 to feed of CR7 or Benzema. His 24 goals in 72 appearance was expected. As for Werner, he's efficient but preety one-dimensional, ie relying through balls from midfield to run into spaces left behind by opposition defence, and Chelsea didn't have such calibres in midfield. As for Torres, injury has outdone him during his days in Liverpool, and his body could not take it anymore. I'm rather surprised Bakayoko wasn't mentioned rather than drinkwater. Drinkwater didn't have the same opportunity as bakayoko!

@@sushipizza4439 The Idea that a CDM should be the last man no matter what is absurd, Enzo has the best first touch, volley and long shot in that squad and also isn't a fast player, almost every other player should've been there over him, since he is the one player Benfica and Argentina ALWAYS had on the edge of the box because of how poisonous he can be in that area. Technical staff/selfish players got it wrong that day. He also isn't a CDM, he's just so good and understands the game at such a high level he can perform there, but its not his best position, it actually restricts most of what he is best at.

If you realize carefully, Chelsea's number 9 was a total mess. Besides Romelu Lukaku and Fernando Torres, there are some strikers that went poorly when they used this cursed one such as Mateja Kezman, Hernan Crespo, Radamel Falcao, Gonzalo Higuain, and Franco Di Santo. Not to mention, Chelsea had often used this unique number for players outside tne striker such as Khalid Boulahrouz (CB) and Steve Sidwell (CMF).

Stop blaming the players and the managers Chelsea's situation only has one guilty party and that's the greedy owner who clearly doesn't know anything about football or even care to learn. We get it you have money what else you have to offer? At this moment Chelsea doesn't have a good image in football and is all because of the new owner. Every club has a bad season but not a club that spends more than multiple leagues combined. You got what you deserve in a way, this new owners want to make football all about money but actual football is not American football where there're more commercials than game time, football fans are different football clubs are different they are sports communities not industries
