I feel like calling him the worst dad ever is a bit of an over exaggeration. The worst dad (IMO) is John List, a man who murdered his entire family and got away with it for 17 years as he was in a new disguise until a neighbour recognised him in a TV show.

I will never understand parents logic of "you didnt do this when I told you to so I'm gonna destroy hundreds of dollars worth of stuff"

Just remember there are people out there who will say stuff like "it's just a game you all are overreacting."

How did he become a dad in the first place?

What probably happened, was his dad said get ready NOW. While the kid was focusing on the game in a really tough situation. In that situation the kid probably wouldve screamed back NO, because he was mad at the game and wanted to focus. Then his dad got mad at the kid yelling at him, gave him a countdown to get off then the kid started yelling and screaming then the dad like “i had enough of this shit, this kid too corrupted by these stupid games” breaks everything, then kid start crying, put it on social media and act like the dad has huge problems(even though the dad probably bought him all that stuff out of generosity in his heart) Edit: the dad was also probably in a rush to go too, and they might’ve been running late so he was very mad. Or maybe everyone was ready to go except for the kid, who was still playing video games and didnt even shower yet. That would be frustrating for every parent Thats my theory
