@@HeisutenReacts hey when I saw a really popular joke about this episode 😅 I don't know if you know this but when Big mom attacked everyone with lightning, Except for luffy almost all got hurt. And then surprised big mom asks luffy how he didn't get hurt (indirectly means that she doesn't know that lightning doesn't work on rubber) So the Joke I saw, there was a guy's comment I read. It was- *"Ofcourse Big mom doesn't know about Rubber, because of she have 85 Children"* 💀

I am glad that the live action made Sanjo more relatable and tamed him down. In the manga it is okayish because it is usually just a panel, but in the anime it's many seconds even minutes

"you cant train conqueror's haki" Not directly no. Its a manifestation of someones willpower, their will to conquer, to be a king. Kaido has insane conquerors casue he sees himself as undefeatable, so of course he would be a king. Luffys willpower comes from the love for his friends and wanting to protect them (and whatever his true dream is for which he must become the king of pirates).

4:05 there's gonna be a good chunk of them as the fight goes on 6:12 correction the straw hat crew doesn't actually have a vice-captain. The hierarchy on the crew is just captain and nakama so it's Luffy and the rest, reason for it is cause Luffy trusts all of them equally. Law’s form is deified as the spirit deity of the shrine named “Ishi no Hoden” (stone treasure hall). Luffy is based on the Fire God but doing the Nio Statue pose. And Kid is just a reference to every Head and Hand boss like Gohdan from Zelda Wind Waker.

Heisuten, when they show aura or different colors or whatever in the anime, it's most of the time just artistic expression and doesn't have any impact on the characters and story. You always bring it up as if it was a canon reflection of the character, intentionally applied by Oda, like for instance with Kaido this ep. Just wanted to clarify since you often draw these parallels

Rubber is not Flammable that's why Fire doesn't work on Luffy. Speed+Rubber Friction can create Fire. Hence, Red Hawk/Roc.

I don't think the reason Luffy can tank that fire blast is because of his fruit, I think it's because gear 4 is haki infused so his defence is already a lot higher than in his snakeman and below gears.
