@@Hana9916 oh man, lol, ive done that too, that was the LAST time i baked by volume, lol, it just never works, you GOTTA bake by weight. going by volume just takes far too much guesswork, like should i pack it, how much should i pack it, and then at the end you just always end up having to guess on how much extra flour you need......baking is a science, im personally more fond of the "art" of other types of cooking, the kind where guesswork doesnt tend to ruin your work, LOL.

Joey definitely has the broader palette here. For some Japanese curries, they actually have chocolate added to them, and it's also a lifehack to enhance the curry flavor (give it an extra something something) to add cocoa powder. I was a skeptic too, but after trying the Japanese curry + chocolate combo, I was sold.

A patty melt is a burger patty, with grilled onions, and cheese between your choice of grilled bread. You can think of it as a fancier grilled cheese, or a lower tier burger. But it is amazing either way. You can find them at almost any American diner. Just ask the waitress.
