They could've gave little mac infinite jumps, an up b that sends him to the upper blast zone no matter where he is and a side b that sends him to the other side of the stage. Or jumps that barely send him anywhere, an up b that doesn't move him up at all and a side b that is similar to his jumps Barely moves him anywhere
