I feel like you missed Melody of Memory for both lists as it does contain plot forwarding things (albeit very little).

Woah, I did! Completely forgot about that game. My bad. For sure I know that there was a Kingdom Hearts rythm game that existed but when I was working on these videos I honestly didn't remember 🤣

The story is awesome, but honestly, I needed the help of a few videos and articles to fully connect the dots and confirm. I think I'm not alone, given that those videos have reached millions of views! I accept that I'm not enough of a detective to understand it entirely on my own. 😂

I get that many people form opinions without even actually playing the games, but honestly, even if you did play them, the confusion is real. It's not a coincidence that a ton of content has been created to explain the story, and a lot (millions) of people consume it.

I don't know why the intro to Kingdom Hearts II gets so much hate. When it comes to JRPGs that take time before it opens up it's probably the least painful. Put Kingdom Hearts II up against Xenosaga,Persona 4,Dragon Quest VII,Grandia,Ni No Kuni....or dear lord...Tears To Tiara II. 😨

Hahaha DQ7's is so bad 😂 idk ni no kuni's was phenomenal the first time but i have multiple dupliacte save files in that game saved right in the deep dark woods for if i ever wanna play that game again that intro is so long 😂😂
