Biggest mistake women make from my experience is expecting us men to be mind readers. The saying "Behind every angry woman is a man who has absolutely no idea what he has done," is very much on point.

Second biggest mistake they make is the mixed signals and double speak. Don’t tell me that you enjoyed getting that back rub after a hike and the hug at the end of the date, then the next week say you don’t want any physical touching when I put my hand on the small of the back as we are walking from the car to the coffee shop.🤨

I have lived what you say. I was in a very serious relationship in the late 1980's with a girl I deeply cared for. But from the start, I was somewhat suspicious of her. She constantly gave off signs of extreme bitterness. She told me that she had blown up on the guy she had been dating due to an innocent remark that he had made concerning her eyesight-saying that he hoped their children would have good eyesight like his rather than her's (she wore contacts). He was a pilot and they are especially concerned about their eyesight since they could get grounded at the time for less than 20/20 eyesight. She told me that she exploded and threw up out of her house on the spot. The next day, she called me after I had met her and had given her phone number a few weeks before. Then after we had dated for a couple of months, she blew up on me in the same location, on her couch, but I never really knew what had happened. She didn't throw me out. She cooked us hamburgers for lunch and then stared at me with intense hatred in her eyes during the entire meal, hardly saying anything but "Chris, I am not going to cater to you." What she meant, I did not know and never did know. After we finished, she had to go to work, which she had already told me that she would do before she became angry with me. But when I called the next day, she did not answer and did not return the call. This went on for weeks until I finally got ahold of her on the phone. She said, "I am very angry with you." I replied, "Why? What's wrong?" She answered, "If you don't know that's just the problem." I asked if she cared for me. She said after reflecting a moment, "No, I guess I don't." I hung up. I later wrote her saying that I wanted to reconcile. I never heard back. I foolishly married on the rebound after this disaster.

Exactly 💯. Women do these things such as bragging about their money more than most Men. Most male dating advice is often misleading from Women boiling it down to confidence rather than taking care of themselves and presenting themselves the best they can. They also have to be 6 feet tall, make 6 figures and have six pack abs t attract modern Women somehow. Men and Women shouldn't show up late for dates but punctual or early. I really enjoyed Courtney's last video on what Men can do to be attractive to Women such as discovering interesting hobbies, taking care of yourself, emotional maturity, financial control and clear communication is what any adult Man or Woman should be capable of in this day and age. Well if you're considered physically attractive and desirable as a person then sure these other things will fall into place. Happy Pentecost everyone. Congratulations on Courtney's 700k subscribers 👏🎉. I like being single too as I'm a 24 year old Christian virgin living at peace until I'm done with working as a teacher and grad school next year SOOOO YEAH 👍. Wanting relationships with others is a natural part of life but physical conditioning and fitness is crucial for healthy living and relationships. Men are expected to lead in the relationship with her, take care of themselves physically/emotionally and psychologically as well as be self sufficient because Roma Downey is another KZfaq channel with content like this. I really respect Mrs. Ryan for at least trying to help Men and Women out in promoting healthy relationships, positive mindsets and growth in individual 🙏 ❤️. I've been watching Courtney's videos since 2021 so her channel is really helpful especially on KZfaq and social media. This has nothing to do with the video but please listen if you want to otherwise leave it alone and ignore it. Hello my name is Justin and I'm a Christian and Apologist but I'm also a college graduate. I'm not a closed minded Theist as I have nothing against Atheists or unbelievers as I speak to them often to understand their reasons for unbelief but we as Christians are convinced of God's Existence due to many real factors). I'm not trying to convert anyone or convince anyone to become Christians as that's The Holy Spirit's job to help people believe but only explain why I believe in Jesus Christ. There's actually evidence of God's Existence in Christianity. First of all there's proof that Jesus of Nazareth existed in history since the writings of Tacitus, Josephus Flavius, Pliny the younger and other historical documents prove that He was living two thousand years ago that even scholars both religious and Atheists agree with historically speaking but not that He's The Divine Son of God because obviously they don't. I'm going to give you historical and archeological evidence for God's Existence as The Scriptures have prophecies that predate the events recorded in them by several millennia including Matthew, Hosea and Zechariah which prophesy accurately of the people of Israel becoming a nation again after over 1900 years of being scattered around the nations since the destruction of the Temple in Jerusalem in 70 A.D. spoken of by Christ in Matthew 23:29-24:3 and returning to their homeland after The Holocaust with Jerusalem as their capital in 1948 exactly as Jesus The Christ said. The prophets including Daniel spoke of the time where several world empires would arise and fall including the Babylonian kingdom, Medes and Persians, Roman Empire, and Saladin and the Muslims which went in consecutive order for the past few millennia. The people of Israel becoming a nation after The Holocaust in 1948 (ironically the melting point of gold as God compares Israel to gold that's tested in fire in Zechariah 13:8 and Jeremiah 16:15) exactly how Jesus The Christ said would happen since God us everything to come in The Scriptures and not just because people were working towards as Atheists claim which are impossible for any regular man to predict. Just before anyone says Christianity is a white man's religion made to oppress blacks during slavery you obviously aren't aware that the first Christians were Jews in The Middle East and that Christianity just like any religion can be used by evil and corrupt people to oppress others but you forget that the first Abolitionists/Civil Rights activists were Christians who sought to abolish slavery, racism, segregation, injustice and prejudice throughout American history. Jesus The Christ loves you enough not to give you what we all deserve which is God's Wrath by His Own Blood. Charles Darwin didn't originally come up with The Theory of Evolution over 200 years ago as it is mentioned in the writings of Ancient Greeks who believed in Demons that gave knowledge to philosophers. Evolution makes no sense when nothing has evolved after thousands of years of human history and supposedly the first creature came from primordial sludge several millions of years ago funny how they won't believe that God an Eternal Almighty Spirit Being created us from the Earth) which came from a supermassive expansion of matter at high temperature that inexplicably created everything in the known universe that supposedly came from nothing billions of years ago. How did the organs evolve before there were bones, skin, substance and how did any creatures see before eyes evolved? I've studied evolution and abiogenesis in the past and read Darwin's " On The Origin of Species" and I'm not convinced of macro Evolutionary biology whereas I accept micro Evolution like speciation and adaptation but not macro Evolution because there's no evidence of it nor clear observable examples of it where living creatures evolve into other kinds of species plus the fact that fossils don't show evidence of evolution and genetic entropy rules out evolution. The question begs how did two genders evolve from a common ancestor with a perfectly hospitable and sustainable environment with breathable oxygen and resources to survive on inexplicably? Atheists have the burden of proof to explain how everything came to be and why our existence is possible without the Existence of God from an godless perspective just as Christians have to provide evidence of God's Existence and the validity of His Word. Evolution requires life to already exist in order to take any effect in living organisms so it doesn't account for the existence of Life and reality. Also evolution is impossible because it goes against The Law of entropy and the second Law of thermodynamics because evolution makes things better whereas nothing continues to get better but decays and turns to absolute destruction in the end. Mark Ridley an Evolutionist said "No evolutionist whether gradualist or punctuationist uses the fossil record as evidence in favor of The Theory of Darwinian Evolution as opposed to special Creation". God's Existence is made perfectly known and observable in the universe as demonstrated in His Handiwork in the intelligently designed manner that Creation was made, human consciences and consciousness historical and archaeological evidence of God's Word being valid history, fulfillment of Bible Prophecies God in His Holiness and Righteousness could give us what we deserve in Hell for our since but He's merciful to give us free will to choose to accept or reject His gift of salvation by grace through faith in His Son Jesus. I don't mean this is any condescending manner but if you'd like to discuss The Scriptures with me or have me listen to your view on anything my instagram account is Savage Christian Kombatant

The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: What I love about Courtney's videos is that the title makes you think it's going to be some shocking revelation or life hack, but when you actually watch the video you see that all she's teaching you is simple common sense and emotional maturity, two things that are (unfortunately) becoming increasingly rare in our postmodern society.

That is so true. A friend of mine asked a girl to meet at a Starbuck's ar a halfway point between their homes. The girl went off on him that he was not being intentional. No, this was not a teenager or a twenty something old girl but rather a 43 year old woman. I told him to tell the woman to grow up.

True, that's why I worry about these people watching the "podcast bro" channels. They get lured into a catch22, they tell them women are gold-diggers, then they tell them to increase their money because men can get women at any age if they have money... Then using money to lead as Courtney says, now attracts people who want you for your money, then the self fulfilling prophecy comes through, all the women *you* attract are gold diggers which makes it look like your hypothesis has been confirmed. What you are touching on is women overemphasizing desire. A person desires what they lack. If they get it, then they lose the desire. Men can desire a woman whom they care for but then they consummate the desire in love (or casual sex if they don't love the girl-then they lose interest). In most cases, women do not love the man. Rather, they can respond to a man's deep love for them. But if the man does not have this passionate love, then when the woman's desire dissipates for whatever reason, that's it.

If a person--woman or man--is NOT "attracted" to another person, it's NOT "personal". It just IS. Move on.
@christophergraves6725
@christophergraves6725 Ай бұрын
@@user-cz5lj2vx1f It is all a matter of personal chemistry that the man feels first and then the woman responds. If the man is not captivated by the lady then he should not try to start up something that is not meant to be. The problem though for men is that they cannot get married just because they fall in love as can a woman who is responding to the right man for her. He must first gain employment and an income sufficient to support a family. A woman does not have this responsibility and her attractiveness to a man has zero to do with her income. So she can marry at any time. The husband is the one who has the main responsibility for providing and protecting the family. So, what do men do in the meantime? That is a very problematic issue as well as then finding the right girl when he is in a position to get married. Falling in love is rare. A man can go for decades without finding the right person, but he should wait until he is hit between the eyes with recognizing his "other half" who is meant for him and him for her. Otherwise, it ain't going to work.

I am so tired of dating and I have almost lost the wish for a female partner. Last summer I was going motorboating and to be nice I invited 2 girls on a days trip with me. One of the chicks I had been dating before. The one I wasn't dating got upset that I wouldn't stop at a store for her on the way to buy some cigaretes. My truck and boat trailer is not the easiest to maneuver and I cannot revers wit this without it flexes and damage the fenders so I couldn't park it easily. I told her this and got yelled at in return. I simply told her to get out of my truck, then my date also started to be nasty at me and she was kicked out next. We left them on the side of the highway. They never got kidnapped but had to hitch hike all the way back home to town while me and my buddies ripped it up at the lake all day. We had a good day even it would have been fun with a couple of broads to share. That's cool 😎.

@CourtneyRyan I have a question. I've dated several women who lean into making things more serious more quickly than I'm comfortable with, then freak out, and pullback because they feel like things are getting too serious too fast. It's kind of a frustrating thing because it really happens to me a lot where I feel like there's no sense of moderation in the woman's behavior and things have to either 0 or 100, with nothing in between. I know that I can only do so much about someone else's behavior but I would love to hear your thoughts about how to manage expectations in the beginning of a relationship.

Unfortunately, this hit home for me. I am recently single from a long term relationship. I have decided I am going to take a few months to myself and work on what makes me happy. I am guilty of most of these things and I believe it's because I haven't aways had a high self esteem. I am starting to see my self worth and figuring out what I want out of life. I know what I bring to the table and I won't settle for less than I deserve. Thanks for posting videos like this. It's great being able to get a high value woman's perspective to confirm what I always knew was a problem.

i.e. women need to get over their fear otherwise they will be cat ladies and childless. A man took the courage to build up to pursue you. Especially given the modern women today he has to sort through. He's probably observed you first for a long time before even considering to pursue you. If you get scared thinking he's rushing things, maybe change your perspective before you do something that could lose a great man from your life, like not responding to him and ghosting him. If you've observed him of being a man of integrity, and you've sent him signals to pursue you, don't panic when he actually pursues you with integrity and suddenly ghost him.

Can I ask a question? I'm gay. I have no skin in this game but I enjoy researching and transferring it over into my art. It's very clear that, despite your best intentions, most men in many areas are still going to be perpetually rejected for factors outside their control. They're expected to be gentlemen and that makes perfect sense. That said, it is very apparent that same level of respect or courtesy we're being asked to provide is not matched back at all. Guys in the 1-3 category are out right rejected unless they have money or a good job. And then, some circles go as even far as shaming them publicly for even trying. Ugly prejudice is real and a 1 to 3 will be labelled a creep whereas the opposite is true and generally speaking, we would be lying to ourselves to deny this. Do you have any response to this? Cause right now I just see reasons for guys to literally say fuck being nice. Meanwhile the nice guys with no chance are killing themselves rather than live in a world where they're treated like trash. Do you or anyone have anything to say about this?

I think I can turn to my mom's advice when I was little. "When you become a man, more will be expected of you. And you're going to get less in return. Get everything you can and develop a foundation." Everything you said is true. That's why straight men say never ask a fish how to catch a fish. It's also why I work on making myself happy even though I live like a monk. The men that fall apart lack that foundation sadly. The dating game is rigged, always has been, always will. There are ways to move the odds closer in your favor, but the house always wins. Especially these days that push narcissism as the watchword. People think they're owed everything for doing nothing, and if you don't fulfill 200% of their demands, this involves invisible desires they don't specify, you're a creep. It's very depressing knowing there is no magic bullet to get the fairytale ending and find an actual princess, but with a firm foundation, you can weather it. Personally, I could never be gay; boys are icky. :D But honestly, it feels like there's worse things than a woman's rejection these days.
@pace1195
@pace1195 Ай бұрын
It's much worse than that. See hoe_math's charts on how men vs. women see others on a 1-10 scale bell chart. The statistics are closer to 1-7s get rejected out right. Those men are labeled as invisible with a ghost icon. Dating app statistics show women match with the top 20% at most, and women will message first with the top 4.5% only. That includes looks, but one must also factor in height, income, and status. Status is the tricky one as celebrity status, even as a broke criminal on death row, will get women throwing themselves at you. Those are basically the only measurables available for online dating in today's world. Some men have shown 5-figure and close to if not 6-figure swipes with very few matches, even fewer dates, and zero relationships from the apps.

Smart and reasonable, as per usual, for this high quality commentator. It helps to give neutral, thoughtful comments in the emotionally charged realm of 'who will you spend the rest of your life with'. Take a note from Aesoph, also, people don't change their nature. That is to say, their general inclinations and leanings, for very long. In rare cases they do, but not typically. This is in reference to the story of the frog and the scorpion. The scorpion wants a lift on the frog's back across the stream. Per Aesoph, the frog demands promise that the scorpion will not sting him. The scorpion promises. HALFWAY across the scorpion stings the the frog, causing the frog to die and both of them drowned. As a youth I thought this stupid, why wouldn't you wait till you were near the shore so you the scorpion wouldn't drown? As an adult I see. This is the whole point, which I could not understand. The scorpion makes a move, natural to it, leads to his doom. It cannot do otherwise, because there is no capacity to learn or change, even for the preservation of its own life. CR brings some learning and change. Thanks Courtney!👍🥇

Two things that I think a man do that is very unattractive to a woman is being needy and no self-control. Two things that I think women will get your attention that's not unattractive is being confident. Like a solid foundation nothing can crumble you down. You eat through storms. Second, being a leader. Set good examples to others not being a hypocrite. // Only one thing that is very unattractive I see a lot of women do it doesn't matter how beautiful she is. Talking behind other peoples back. That really kills my vibes it's a big no no for me.

Can confirm. I had a severe crush on a girl at my work when I was young. I was already in a relationship with my future wife, but this other girl just made me tingle all over. She was very beautiful, and also very funny and sociable. I found excuses to go talk to her as often as possible, and she was definitely receptive and seemed to enjoy my company a lot, giving out all the signals. I was in a fever and wanted this girl so bad! Then one day I overheard her talking with some of her friends. And she was a nasty backstabber talking crap about some third person. My interest in her died on the spot, and I never talked to her again.

She frequently asks questions about my life/college (not sure if this is just small talk or she's genuinely trying to get to know me more) and the weirdest thing that I've noticed is when we are casually talking while working she frequently "side eyes" me as if she wants to keep looking at me but not be noticed. She has developed acne within the last year so idk if she does this because she is self conscious about it. Idk what to think. I’ve heard it’s perceived as needy or desperate, which kinda sucks. I think it mainly comes down to having matching communication styles. Some people may have the traits you like, but they might not like talking back and forth as much as you do, so being persistent with them won’t work. Whereas with a person who likes talking/texting a lot, they may LIKE that you are persistent/attentive. I think these communication style differences are highly underestimated when it comes to compatibility.

Did he have boundaries and knew when to say no (to outsiders or even family). This questions is kind of devoid of a lot of context, like those videos that lead to people arguing, because people and and listen with their own context in their heads ... There are other things to do and be in a marriage. I suddenly thought of being kind to everyone without being firm or having boundaries, which would "people pleasing". They were attracted because you were a "good guy" but then the other party notices that it's all the time, when it negatively impacts you or the family, when people are taking advantage you can't actually say no. Which causes problems for your immediate family, like people can walk over you, or ask things of you and though it may take away something from the immediate family you do it anyway. And got reminded by comments i see talking about their dad kept sending uncles and aunties money even though they need some in the house and those people never repaid him. And they're annoyed for him, but also its exasperating living with the consequence when outsiders think dad is a good guy and doesn't say no. 😅 now look at that random context that i just put.
@lookingatdaisies9901
@lookingatdaisies9901 Ай бұрын
Also in the context of what I'm describing, it might not be the "good guy"that's being de-linked, it's the crazy users that's walking over your family and affecting it and being a serious vulnerability for the rest of the immediate family that the wife may want to stop. We know nothing about the wife, her thoughts, she could be good, could be evil, could be a difference in cultural expectations, it's impossible for a guy to be perfect and do everything right too, but the flaws might also be non-issues. Courtney would know nothing about these people They might have to seek a 1 to 1 with a professional for conflict resolution (without my scenario, just going off your question).

These women think they are because women are impressed with a man who has expensive possessions. The women don't realize men couldn't care less about a woman's income. Therefore, the men do the same by placing women above them on a pedestal and expect them to lead in some way by having her make decisions.

All of this seems like a good list to me - it's something that applies regardless of gender. Men and women have been guilty of the same crap (or very similar crap) and we all need to agree to stop this together. For example! Pretending to be someone you're not. Men have a tendency to overinflate ourselves (validate me! I'm important! Rich, smart, independent, muscles car protein shake etc.) and women's equivalent to this is to victimize themselves. It makes me sad to see women/girls reduce themselves by playing dumb, can't open the pickle jar ("it's too hardddd ;~;") etc. just so the Knight in Shining Armor will swoop in and save the day. It's not a matter of whether or not the guy can help or wants to help... it's a false read on your personality. I'll never forget the time this girl who was interested in me did the whole fake-dumb thing. It was off-putting, but I liked the attention so I rolled with it against my better judgment. There was a day when she dropped the act - purely by accident - and I was like, Wait, you're actually smart??? Where did this come from!? Only then I was able to actually engage with her like a real person. I guess that's the summary. I want to date a real person. :)

The 57-year-old I'm going to have to object with her on her opinion to leave money completely out in the beginning of a relationship. Its actually depends on how much money. I think small amounts of money it's fine as long as you let them know that you don't have a lot of money. But as far as giving somebody like expensive things like jewelry and a free house that's different. That would probably be something it would be best to be left out. But if you are dating somebody that is struggling with money or if you had struggled with money yourself and just being together with the other person is going to make your financial struggles to a very minimal then that is different. Who wants to start dating somebody and doesn't know that they're going to even help with the bills and they want to just mooch off of you. For example..

It only adds to this Division that's becoming some silly Power Play. Money is just "Lubrication" to situations that need character and resilience, instead it's only Leverage and manipulation. Neither Male or Female are crazy about Manipulation especially when they have a Brain and character. When can we bottom out with this?

from what you're saying is women don't really like anything about men, we can't do anything right.

Another one: being overly nice. I struggle with this myself. You don't want to treat a woman -- especially one you have just met -- as one of the boys or as your brother, but that ends up with you being overly agreeable and you end up being someone you're not (even if all you wanted was to be gentle, not be someone else). It's hard because if you don't roughhouse with female friends, you actually don't really know "who you are" in that context. You're not really who you usually are, but you're also not pretending to be someone you're not because maybe this is just your personality with women you love.

You would “roughhouse” with a girl you like, but aren’t yet dating? Is that like grabbing them by the…well, you know?

I'd say I'm doing pretty good since I don't have any of those things to attract a woman.
