Dana Scully is one of the best written characters ever. No need there for pseudo-feministic agenda when there is good explained character traits with strong abilities and weaknesses. She can handle difficult situations and do a punch when needed but is never a mary sue that out of nowhere can smack a 120kg male Boxer to the ground. And she stays true to her abilities and believes - although struggling, too, in difficult times (e.g. with her believe in god vs her scientific worldview), as people do. She earns respect because of true skill as it should be and not because of her biology.

Gillian is cute but her normal accent makes my ears bleed. I thought about going to one of the X-Files events but couldn't find the picture we had taken of a UFO. Cigar shaped with a blue glow and it was climbing fast, we were in Utah, camping at Fish Lake, an old volcano that filled with fresh water long ago (great trout fishing) and at the time they could not reach the bottom in spots. Mom had sent the picture to the Air Force or NASA, I can't recall now after 30+ years. Yes, I want to believe, but I have also seen ghosts as have my last 2 wives and interacted with at least one (earlier wife of the 2 miscarried twins at 13 weeks) and I saw both, they would move the clear angel Christmas tree ornaments (rock back & forth) but only those would do it.
