The enemies of Islam and Sultan Abdulhamid attempted to kill the great sultan in the most horrific way. This assassination attempt was one of the most famous attacks against the sultan and still is remembered throughout Muslim history as a landmark event. What do you think happened to the great Caliph?

However, the videos and pictures aren't exactly where the historical events happened, i am only showing scenes from the Payitaht series. I agree with you but they are simply just videos and pictures. 1:57 I can almost see Sultan AbdulHamid Han saying "KORKMAYIN!, KORKMAYIN EVATLARIM!" - "DO NOT BE AFRAID, DO NOT BE AFRAID MY CHILDREN!", how brave he was. "My Children" - Every Padshah used that statement to describe the Millet (Nation), that is one thing that still transpires today with Turks, the People always come first, and sacrifising yourself for the Nation is an HUGE Honour.

@@mirzabaig17 Languages, as well as time evolve, the Sultan didn't speak a different language in comparison to his own subjects. Just becuase Ottoman Turkish is deemed Old Turkish doesnt make it any less Turkish of the language of the day, just like Oldf English, Spanish, French, etc etc etc etc. Languages evolve over time as well. If we had a Sultan today he would speak the Turkish of today.
