Muslims could have used it to convert the native Christian European Balkan peoples and the Hindu natives of the subcontinent to Islam and this was a bad move .
@ForgottenIslam
@ForgottenIslam 4 күн бұрын
It was a bad move but not for the reason you've stated. The rejection of the printing press highlighted a decline in Islamic ideological thinking and also a reluctance to innovate, invent, cultivate and advance in all fields - it was like the Caliphate was stuck in limbo, just waiting to be relieved of its own misery.

Please allow me to respect your intelligence a bit. -Times before technology you needed a ton of children to work on your fields so you may grow food and not die. -Times before modern medicine every second child died in infancy. -Men who could afford it would marry several women for several children - as many as they could afford. -Females would be married off as soon as they could start having children i.e. 11 - 12 ish. This was a worldwide thing. Females would start having children as soon as humanly possible and this was a necessity to survive. -Back in the 6th century AD there was this new system that said ok boys party is over you are now allowed to have a max of 4 wives not more! -Due to lack of law enforcement you had to enshrine these laws in heavy doses of dogma. -Thanks to childhood religious indoctrination all these laws have stuck around especially because not listening to these laws would take us to 'hell'. -Not religious anymore but why I'm glad I was raised Muslim is because the dogma kept me away from alcohol gambling and a ton of other unnecessary grief. -Today Islam serves as a $12 billion a year cash cow for Saud's Arabia. Who are the Sauds? They are the ones who agreed to ************** and were therefore installed as supreme rulers of the region.

True! There are two Alaeddins and both were Pashas. One was the brother of Orhan Bey - the one mentioned in the video - and the other was Alaeddin Pasha, the son of Kemalettin of Cendere. The latter is also quite famous as he was the first Grand Vizier of the Empire from 1320 to 1331 and would found the first standing army of the Ottoman state. Hope that clears it up!

@@ForgottenIslam Can you make a video countering the false claims on the Ottomans by the Orientalists?
@ForgottenIslam
@ForgottenIslam 3 күн бұрын
@@md.sarowarhossainrana4787 Perhaps in the future! To truly do this, we'd have to scan through 600 years of Islamic history which would be a gargantuan task however possible. Orientalist history tends to focus on the 'if's' and 'feels' - the hypothetical aspect of history and in many cases fail to produce legitimate evidence. The best to converse with in regards to Islamic history are the academic experts who have written volumes on the matter. But of course, we see that orientalists are quick to dismiss their written works.

DISCLAIMER: As I have mentioned previously, the two men were caught digging out the tunnel to the Prophet's grave plus admitted to the crime. The dream is superficial in the judgement of these men.

That's discussing to kill people based on a dream. Could God not have protected him? When dreams are spoken of in regards to Jesus, God always tells them to move away from the problem, avoid violence.... sounds like a different God to me. So sad.
