it wasn't a "prank gone wrong" as the thumbnail states - it was a deliberately planned attack that was meant to kill someone, but was _disguised_ and explained as a prank for someone _else_ - complete strangers, who had _nothing_ to do with any of it, to carry out the attack, to ensure that the _actual_ perpetrators would not get into as much trouble for the assassination, since it was not them who actually _did_ it.

The thing is, he wasn't just an "self-exiled" half-brother, but he actually had support in NK for becoming the supreme leader, likely because he was the oldest son. Oldest son's are always the second most respected family members after the parents in both Korea's. He had generals and "politicians" e.g. family members supporting him. And with CIA having his back he actually was a potential ruler. I believe one of the family members supporting him was their aunt, the sister of their father, who disappeared from publicity (I don't know was it permanent, like an execution or was she just on house-arrest for a while) soon after Kim Jong Nam's assassination, just like the generals and other army officials who likely were straight up executed for a "treason". Jong Un "had to" assasinate him to be able to rule the country and not risk his own assasination or possibly even a civil war, although nobody knows for certain did Jong Nam actually want the position at all and was he even a competitor for his brother.

Before this incident, Malaysia is one of a few countries that allow North Korean citizens to come without visa. Hai, a malaysian here, I myself actually feel grief from this incident, even if I never knew about it. When it comes to death of foreigners in my country, i usually fear that outsiders (like you, if you arent malaysian) will see my country in a new view, negetive view, and start hating it. Three cross-nation tragedies that have happened all rooted from malaysia. I remember this one case where someone from north korea was assassinated by an indo (?), in MALAY airports. A foreigner, killed by a foreigner, but who will the blame be put on? Malaysia. My prayers goes out for the innocent families/loved ones of the victim, even if one of them is what everyone calls the worst dicator in the world himself. 🇲🇾

She washed her hands the minute the "planted actor" didn't react like she was expecting. She knew something was wrong and realized she needed to wash her hands immediately. It was probably burning her hands as well. I have no doubt the assassins were hoping their patsies would die from mishandling the poison, as it would have perfectly covered their tracks.

Wow, and the fact that this is actually from 2017...never thought I would feel bad for this innocent man. They even brainwashed 2 poor women into thinking it was a prank. Hope the family (if theyre lighthearted) gets better after this. I think North Korea might be one of the first states to be probably invaded with good reason. What might happen looks worse than the 9/11 War on Terror Operation.

Wouldn't consider this one of the most elaborate if North Korea was still found at fault and some involved in the murder were caught. Though the 4 initial planners were never caught I still think the most elaborate assassinations are the ones that were never recorded and deduced in history.

Thats just assumptions. Well, lets assume you were her and you thought it was baby oil. Would you gently rub it to their faces? No, you would do it fast so you wont get caught. Would you walk away from the scene calmly after rubbing baby oil to their faces? No, you would run so they wont chase after you and know who you are. Regardless, the scene would unfold the same whether it was baby oil or not. You’re just putting up assumptions, bad assumptions.

@@Silvannax11 Of course they are assumptions. I don't care if she's guilty or not. And I don't have access to any evidence besides what I'm looking at in the footage. Ok so its NOT touching it, not at all. When it gets into your body through gaps (such as the nose, eyes, ect) that’s when its dangerous. Plus, the face’s skin is much thinner and more fragile compared to other parts of the body. If I remember correctly both of the girls did feel ill, but since they washed their hands immediately they were safe.
