so I asked many questions now about LS & mentioned I'm in market for my first graph. stuck between solix 10 & mega 360 & ultra 106sv with lvs34. in prespective mode with lvs34 what's shallowest water it is effective in? what distance out can it reach at that shallow? is there a point that is to shallow? I also curious about same questions in forward mode??? I would use prespective 95% of time if I go the Garmin route. which is one of big reasons I'm leaning towards mega360. I know it works very well in extremely shallow water. that's I appreciate it

I’d lean toward the Livescope in shallow water. Perspective mode doesn’t require you being sitting stationary. 360 does. I’ve operated mine in water that barely floats the boat

Thanks for your reply. I wondered if you ever had to adust the livscope transducer manually to better aim depending on depth while in perspective mode or forward mode.@@The_Garmin_Guru

What software version? I though I heard you say 14.1 Pre perspective. So how are you using perspective mode?

I have force uploaded it and done some Testing and then I just update it back To 26.20

Hey man you mentioned rolling back to 14.1 - I’ve had a ton of issues since updating my lvs32 to 2.61 and I’ve asked garmin if there was a way to roll back to 2.58 which was perfect for me and they said no. Do you have some way to be able to roll back to a older version?
