I can't believe we hadn't done this one yet. Some great riffs. Super dug it. And Stan really likes the lead singer. And Brian has a crush on the guitarist.

Hello , Saiki(彩姫=Shining princes ) is main vocal , Miku is for sub vocal and side guitar , Misa is for bass , Akane is for drums and Kanami is for lead guitar.
@kevinmoppett47604 жыл бұрын
Saiki is one of the most charismatic vocalists I've ever seen live... Off stage (in interviews and PAs) she comes across quite remote but the second the music starts she switches into this "black panther" stalking around the stage just oozing sensuality. Honestly I couldn't take my eyes off her, (and Misa had always been my favourite up til then)....... Damn I've got it bad!!!!!😍

Stan's reaction to Saiki's voice.. lmao.. it's like an inebriated declaration about a high school crush or something.. DUDE I THINK I'M IN LOVE! don't suppose y'all have heard her speaking voice yet.. i totally get it tho.. the drums n the vocals were the two things that instantly hooked me on BAND-MAID.

The rhythm guitarist/vocalist is Miku Kobato, the band founder. It is a pseudonym. Kobato means "little pigeon" and in interviews she ends sentences with "po" the Japanese word for the sound pigeons make. And she sometimes tells people she is a pigeon.

Another great reaction guys. Creepy dolls LOL. The symbolism is Dolls = childhood, wearing blindfold to greater outside world and at the end dropping the doll and removing the blindfold to enter adulthood (walking into the light). This was the first song I heard by them and was insistently hooked. It starts like an avalanche of song always building up momentum until the killer chorus, extraordinary drumming by Akane, killer bass by MIsa, super vocals with lead Saiki and Miku (rhythm), just flawless lead and solo guitar by Kanami, a great driving, relentless beat and strong melody. I especially credit Akane's drumming in this song with just how really great this song is.

It’s all right now Let's come back here Welcome to my home! Candy or whip, which one do you like?? If you've decided, rise up!! From here on, is it bye bye? Call me Call me Call me Call me I can't make any promise, but It's better that nothing, so enjoy time I don't care about "Anything!" As long I able to do that, I'll try my best!! May I take your order? My mind cannot erase the heartache So everyone else, always carries something on their back Trouble, condolences, living life I've got a feeling Meaningless time is just for nobody Even dreams are connected to something If you're looking for mistakes It doesn’t matter anyway, ready? Seize the moment! Let's come back here Welcome to my home! Sweet or bitter, each one’s own Wanting to play’s childish Well then, is it now bye bye? Call me Call me Call me Call me Don't smile when you try to be strong Even tears can turn into rainbow Surely today will be mundane too Listen to your voice, it will change May I take your order? I've got a feeling This is just the usual scenery that the crowd seen We can do what we like respectively It’s okay to get carried away But don’t miss the wave, ready? One moment of pain Ten moment of delight Look for a reason, rise your face Alright, let's get started Advance or retreat, that's depends on what you think Wining or losing The dice is already thrown Beat out from this imperfect situation Just for me Seize the moment! Let's come back here Welcome to my home! Candy or whip, which one do you like?? If you've decided, rise up!! From here on, is it bye bye? The emphasis is almost always on the first syllable in Japanese. And Saiki is three syllables because there are never two vowels in the same syllable in Japanese, so it's "Sa-i-ki". But the way native Japanese speakers talk fast and run words together, it's hard for foreigners to pick out. The way Miku was talking had alot to do with how she pronounced their names, almost like the way one could stress a name different from how it's usually said when calling someone's name. She was kind of in character there, and their names would be pronounced with the emphasis on the first syllable in normal speech.

A public area simply doesn't have the controlled acoustics of the studio Su Metal is great but there is a good reason why the official music video for papaya uses the studio sound track with the live footage and just like Su, Hara from Kara has a dance to perform with every song robbing her of breath .
