wow, that's interesting the game warden is now more present in the bayou's, a month ago I got a visit from them under the wayside bridge by the water treatment facility and was told that area of the bayou was protected(no fishing)and I was also trespassing apparently.so just a heads up for anybody thinking of fishing there. I wouldn't test my luck next time since they threatened to turn me into the coast guard lol, cool dudes tho.

Man i finally had my "AHA" moment today. I caught my first bull red on a brutal cold and windy day and couldn't figure out what made him bite til today. I drove out to Galveston pier and made it there by 3 a.m. The pier was packed and I had no spot. Had a little crew set up on both sides of the T and one crew had pulled in 5 bull reds in the 30 minutes i was there. Winds were 20 mph because of the incoming storm. Then I thought to myself BB said bulls love rough conditions. I said dammit man if i was earlier or had a crew that rolled with me that would've been me. Smh lol
