He was created by time wraiths so they could essentially go back in time and repossess hunter zolomon over and over again making him seem almost like Doomsday in a way

The black flash came back in season 5 when Barry and Nora encountered a time remnant of zoom who chased them into the speed force.

Savitar died because he didn't know Iris had the gun. Had he known about the gun, he would've survived. Quit bwong so negative on their deaths, dude. Their deaths made sense. And keep in mind rhea is an ALIEN, so we don't have a logical exclamation for her turning to dust.

Tbf for black flash he can just come back once the speed force repairs him or something as Barry kind of killed him in into the speed force. Also for savitar it looked like he was moving at normal speed when hitting Barry and was being erased from existence so was probably weaker.

Yeah, the death scenes at the bottom were lame, and the end of Emiko's arc was very unsatisfying. Apparently, it was stated somewhere that Zoom/Black Flash wasn't actually totally "killed" by being frozen, but the scene was still pathetic. Considering Vandal Savage is in Hell in 2019 (and fairly mellowed out), I wonder which of his deaths is considered canon. I just realized: when you do these lists, you don't count the webseries. I wouldn't really mind, since I don't care all that much for The Ray and Vixen is just fine, but Kuasa was a main villain, Eshu was a main villain, Dark Arrow and Overgirl were main villains of The Ray and Crisis on Earth-X even though there is almost zero continuity line-up between those two storylines, and Kuasa and Eshu had death scenes both in the same season.

The biggest reason I love Mallus' defeat was because when we first encountered him in an y way, shape, or form, he told Rip that _"I am a GOD!"_ I didn't like that line, because I knew it meant his defeat would be underwhelming and lame. This feeling grew inside me as the season went on, especially when he declared that _"I am so much more than a god!"_ However, the writers decided to not have him die in a dramatic way (that would still be dissatisfying, because the Legends killed a god). They instead turned him into a joke, getting him killed off by a giant teddy bear in a battle so epicly preposterous that I and the rest of the fandom completely bought it. I love Mallus' death because the writers went "We could never follow up on this god talk, so he's gonna get a Puny God takedown instead."
