You got Neron's plan wrong. It's actually a bit of comentary about how we sign without reading: his plan was to use the creatures to cause fear so people would download his app which stated in the terms of use that the user gives his/her soul away to Neron. It was actually a good plan.

I think thawne had the best plan because it was so elaborate and his plan comes full circle to release him from prison. Thawnes time travel made a breach to Zooms earth, then Zoom killed Barry’s dad giving Savitar a chance to get out of his prison and put Barry in the speed force giving Devoe to hatch his plan to enlighten, which at the end Barry had to destroy sally (the star labs satellite) and a shard hits Cicada (because Thawne sends Nora back to 2018) and gives thawne his chance to escape prison. Definitely most elaborate and just better than any other villains plan. Edit: Thawne actually won in season 5

DUDE FUTRE REVERSE FLASH IS BADASS. I fw his makeup and the fact that he can easily manipulate time makes him so powerful. His judgement isn’t blinded by emotion which makes him much more threatening when his motivation is to kill your mother. He’s not emotionless which really helps him build character and identity. He’s a funny guy so idk why Barry is so mad at him for killing his mother 🤷🏾‍♂️

I think either DeVoe or the Reverse-Flash is number one. DeVoe calculated every possible outcome and the Reverse-Flash made the Flash and taught him everything he needed to know to get him home.

When you see what happens with Prometheus killing himself and blowing up Lian Yu, you realise he actually failed in his plan to get Oliver to kill him, even though Oliver didn’t want to. His plan was to get Oliver to kill him, blowing up Lian Yu, and killing his friends. But as Oliver didn’t he did it himself, meaning he failed to get Oliver to do it and failed. What’s genius is Oliver lost whether he killed Prometheus or not, but Prometheus only really one in the scenario when Oliver killed him. But what makes hat even better is that he still one as he killed one of Oliver’s loved ones. It’s complex but genius, showing that even if Prometheus fails, he can still succeed

i can picture dr fate in legends of tomorrow telling constantine that the crisis is coming and then he vanish and he appear again to warn the legends that black adam is the mastermind with the help of astra and manny to bring dark magic in all of time

And I liked that it was shown with one officer even saying it's a new city, we have to survive.

i think Malcolm Merlyn's plan was the best because while others were successful that's with nothing going wrong, with Merlyn's if something goes wrong he's the only one (that i can think of) with a back plan in place. the others maid up there back up, with the expectation of Prometheus who's back up was kill self and that didn't work. also Ricardo Diaz's plan of making everyone turn against the arrow was great and it worked the team broke-up and Oliver went to prison getting his identity revealed to the world.

Why not put the Reverse Flash’s plan in season 5? He’s technically the real main villain and planned it out in great detail: send Nora back to alter the timeline, so that another man becomes Cicada, help Nora enough to get Cicada to agree to take the anti-meta drug, which causes Cicada II to come back from the future, allowing Team Flash to stop her and destroy the dagger, which is the only thing keeping him depowered. The plan succeeds a split second before his execution. I honesty wouldn’t put it past him to go back afterwards and plant the seeds of his own plan, like giving the V9 formula to Godspeed.

All I gotta say is that Rhea's plan to build a new Daxom on Earth does make total sense in connection with her trying to convince her son to go with her being her motivation. She wants her son to come with her to start a new planet for their people, but he refuses, so she decides "well, fine, if you won't come make a new Daxom, I'll bring the new Daxom to you and give you no choice." It does not come out of no where. Not saying it is the best or most original plan, but it's definitely not just something that came from nothing, it makes completely sense and fits with the characters motivations perfectly.
