I have a suicidal friend. I quoted "if we go down then we go down together" in a text, and he asked me if that was from a song. I showed him the song and we are now best friends, and anytime he feels like dying, he listens to this song and feels a lot better. The reason I quoted "if we go down then we go down together" is because its true. If he dies, I die. We are pretty much siblings from different families. So I wanted to let everyone know that this song has saved my friend's life. Thank you, Chainsmokers. You saved my best friend's life.

wow it gives me back the good lost vibes. the memories of when things felt good and were straight forward.

I would do anything to go back in time to when this song was first released. I was still riding the hype from Closer and was excited for The Chainsmokers next release. After listening once I initially was hesitant because it was a different style but it quickly grew on me and became one of my favorite songs. I was 21 back then and life was literally at an all time high. I was a junior in college, I was talking to the best girl in the world at the time (future gf), working at Olive Garden, and just living life. I felt so free and so able to do anything. I would do anything to go back.
