40g-50a-90pts I was really-really close last season when I predicted (in 82 games) 35g-40a-75pts.. But I think next year will be the "big one" when Bedard really starts to show he's among the elite in the game as he breaks the 100 point plateau proving he is almost in a league of his own... I think next season is when we will see him break 50 goals, perhaps even breaking Bobby Hull's record (58?) and possibly Denis Savard's point total - I mean Savard's record may be a stretch but but Bedard certainly has the talent, and IMO - he will eventually break it. But I think this season Bedard could hit 90 points with 40 goals and 50 assists - of course at the same time I could have that backwards given Bedard's unique and elite shot so 50 goals and 40 assists wouldn't be entirely outside of the realm of possibilities.. We'll see tho.. I do know that it's going to be a real treat to watch him this season and beyond. He's certainly worth the price of admission watching at home or in the stands.

The drinking age in British Columbia is 19 (as well as every other province). If Connor wants to have a beer tonight, he's perfectly free to do so, since he's at home. It's actually 18 in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec, so if he wanted to have a beer after an Oilers, Flames, Jets or Habs game this past season, no problem! Not that I see him ever imbibing in alcohol. Connor gets an A in my book. Not going to dock him for having flaws that are to be expected, especially when he knows he has them, and is working on how to fix them. And, he did as well as he did while having to deal with all of that off-ice shit.

Bedard and the Blackhawks would be better served playing RW. I know he’s young but players his size don’t normally excel at the center position in the NHL. Maybe Brayden Point. There’s not a lot. There’s less defensive responsibility on the wing. I think it would be beneficial for all concerned.

I would give Bedard a ( B ) he needs to play better in his own zone if the Hawks had a Top center put him on the wing would open up his game but for now play him at center and work on faceoffs he should be good for 85 points !!!

Bedard is fun to watch until he gets casually shoved off the puck. "You can trade for elite stars and big wingers. You cant just get big right handed D" Sergachev traded 48 hours later and these guys already saying draisatl will cost too much.
